Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nags Head Island

The condo is in a great spot with some nice amenities. The tennis courts were empty, so it was easy to play if you wanted, and while I didn’t swim since it wasn’t the season, the pool looked like it would be nice in warmer weather. The location is perfect—close to Bay Drive with the wide sound-side walking path and an easy walk to the monument. There are three flights of stairs to get to the unit (this was mentioned in the listing, so I knew ahead of time). I didn’t mind at all, and the upside is no one above you and amazing views from the porch. The condo is simple but had everything I needed, and I was very comfortable. It’s also absolutely spotless—they clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it clean, which was so reassuring. Easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks so much for hosting!

Mark helped us out in a pinch! He was quick to respond and his place was very comfy. Nice, quiet and close to everything. The fenced backyard for the dogs was a huge plus and they loved the host dog, Baxter :) Mark really goes the extra mile for his guests with all the little touches (snacks, lotion, candles, etc). Plus, it was spotless! I can't say enough good things!!

We had a great weekend getaway thanks to Barb! Everything was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, had great views of the woods off the private deck, and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dog. As an added bonus, we even got to meet Barb’s super friendly, well behaved dogs. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend away soon!

Pat and Chuck were nothing but excellent! They were great with communication, responding almost immediately every single time. The welcome to their place made you feel very comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean, hosts were so thoughtful with leaving little items in the room for guests to use. We would absolutely love to stay at their place again!

John & Shelly are wonderful hosts & have created a charming & tastefully appointed "home away from home." They have provided quality amenities that show they really are concerned for the comfort of their guests. Peace & quiet is created by the cozy comfort it exudes & the beauty of the natural setting it is located in. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also truly enjoyed meeting & talking with John & Shelly!

We had a great time. Very nice place. Much better than a hotel. The host was extremely helpful. This was the first Airbnb for us and we would do this again. We enjoyed the area and it helped to have a tremendous place to stay.

Nicki was very responsive. When I had questions, she was very quick to reply. The space was very comfortable and well-decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit sometime in the future!

I loved our stay at Jess & Derik’s cute apartment. The decor was trendy, artsy and cool making it feel very cozy and comfortable. Also very clean! Mom’s sweet shop right downstairs with smoothies and snacks was very charming too. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the hosts kindly offered beach chairs with the stay, which was very nice! I would definitely come back again for a stay and to visit the cute shop!

We had the most amazing stay! Rebecca was extremely communicative and made sure we knew everything we needed to! The place looked exactly as pictures and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private pool was so nice to come back to! We would absolutely stay at one of Rebecca’s houses again!

We stayed for the month of January in 2025 and it was a wonderful retreat! The condo had everything we needed for our beach getaway. Great access to the beach and good options nearby for wildlife viewing. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The bed was comfortable. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and are excited to visit again! Thank you, Shelley for wonderful accommodations!

We loved staying at Shane's house. The hot tub was perfect for our winter stay. It was an enjoyable walk to the beach, and around the neighborhood. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to enjoy too.

We had the very best stay!! Although off season, there was plenty to do with our little family! We enjoyed so much time exploring the beach and playing fetch with our fur babies. The hot tub was amazing to begin or end our days listening to the waves. Thoroughly and whole heartedly, we had the best family getaway and the house was simply perfection ;)

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend! The private house gave us the space we needed to relax and the close proximity to the water afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of sunrise and sunset - we walked the short, pleasant distance. We had whatever we needed and enjoyed the "bucket list" of things to do which the host had posted on the fridge. Thank you for accommodating our need for slightly earlier check in!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was my favorite part. It was so well stocked with quality equipment! The air conditioning was wonderful in both units. The two houses in one make it perfect for family that need a get away from the crowd from time to time. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The walk to the beach was super easy even with a 2 year old and 2 three year olds. Such a good place to play games with your loved ones, cook memorable meals and of course enjoy the beach.

Lucky You is a fantastic Airbnb, and Monika is a wonderful hostess! The house was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The mattresses were really comfortable; the kitchen was well supplied and all appliances worked; the bathrooms were lovely with plenty of hot water for showers. We were so pleased that various cupboards were left empty and available to store our belongings. The back yard was secluded and contained areas to relax as well as eat. Monika went above and beyond for guest comfort, and we will definitely be happy to stay here again!

We had a great stay. The fenced in back yard was wonderful with our dogs and was a peaceful place to sip our morning coffee.

The condo is spacious and pretty; kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, etc.; bedrooms are roomy with comfortable mattresses; tvs in each bedroom are handy; books for toddlers and board games for adults are thoughtful; easy walk to the beach; safe parking area and easy coded entry; elevator made transporting belongs and groceries less burdensome; use of beach chairs is appreciated; location of condo is ideal.

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it didn’t disappoint! Dave & Raquel were perfect hosts. Quick to respond to questions. Their home was exactly as described and seen in pictures. The place is laid out great. Clean and appointed nicely. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves was amazing. Centrally located to restaurant, attractions and fishing piers. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely like to return. Perfect for couples or small families!

Fantastic location right on the sound with great views of the water and the spectacular sunsets. Condo was very comfortable from living room to the bedroom. Location just south of Duck and north of Kitty Hawk was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Meredith was quick to communicate and was flexible even when I had to make a slight adjustment to our dates of arrival/departure. Highly recommended.

Adorable beach stay in a super-clean and cute 2BR, 2BA w/ amenities. Handicap accessible, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach in a private location at the north end of the Outer Banks, this place welcomed my wife and I from the second we walked in because it was charming, clean, comfortable, and accommodated our two girls (Yellow Labrador and Golden Retriever). Nestled in the Corolla/Corova location, it is surrounded by beaches, wild horses, 4WD beach driving, museums, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping, and a throwback view of what it was like in the 1920s at the Whalehead Club. Quaint schools and churches speckle the inshore line. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Thank you for an amazing place! Very quick responses, which was handy when the facet in the sink broke the first night! Place was peaceful and made me feel at home and comfortable!

This was the perfect getaway for us and just what we were looking for when we initially had no idea where to go! The storage closet was nice for things you might have not thought to bring.

What a great location! We could walk everywhere we needed to go and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the rental, the pictures do not do it justice! We would definitely rent this property again in the future.
