We had a wonderful weekend with friends at The Dacha. The house is understated but very welcoming. It is located within walking distance to anywhere in Taralga but with a slight elevation to allows stunning vistas over the local church and township and across to farmland and a wind farm. It was so nice to just wander through the well maintained orchard and sit to admire the view and soak up the quietness. Although Taralga is a small town it has a superb local restaurant and gallery. Michael has filled the house with maps, books and memorabilia from his travels that hint at an extraordinary lifestyle. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Dacha and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Taralga.

Jaimee's clean tiny house was exactly what we were seeking to unwind in an overnight getaway, perfectly described with all the amenities. Their home-baked bread was welcoming, and they were very friendly and approachable in sharing stories of their property with us.

Beautiful, clean and nicely renovated house. Great location near the centre of Golburn and walkable to many options for shopping. Comfortable bed and excellent large TV. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
