Monthly Rentals in Myrtleford

I was looking for a private high country retreat to finish writing my next book and needed a peaceful setting close to town. This place was PERFECT and to be honest, the pictures don't do it justice as there is now a carport and private upstairs deck area. The centre of town is only a 5 minute walk, yet backing onto bushland on the side of a mountain, you feel a million miles away. John was very accommodating; letting me in early when I arrived into town earlier than expected, giving me a chance to get in from the heat. A beautiful, quiet escape.

Home was in a great location. Walking distance to everything. We loved all the little touches that made us feel so welcome: coffee, tea, milk, raisin toast, butter and the beautiful soaps, shampoo and hand lotions. The decor was lovely. We appreciated the effort put into making it feel homey. The Sam Toft paintings were a lovely touch. Thanks a million. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Very nice studio, in very central location- presents just like the photos & description. One of the best beds we've ever slept in!

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with the location and the comfortable layout of the cottage. AC worked well on the hot days and drinks on the cozy front porch in the evening were a highlight. Bed was very comfy and the bedroom ceiling fan was a bonus. The cottage overall presents well and was clean and tidy although there a still some unfinished touches both inside and out that need to be addressed for a better overall guest experience.
