Wonderful annex cottage in the heart of Snowdonia. The cottage is situated quite literally at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon) with access to both the Ranger and Rhyd-ddu paths, as well as its own private access to the mountain! The scenery is breathtaking. Jane was extremely helpful during our stay and had some great recommendations for additional near by walking routes, as well as places to see and visit. A must stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Iorwerth House. The entire cottage was impeccable and we felt right at home. Everything was baby proofed which came very much in handy with 2 young children and 2 babies on the trip. The garden backed straight onto the walking paths to Snowdon and some of the other peaks. We enjoyed going for daily walks in the mountain air and taking in the stunning views. We would certainly stay again and look forward to hopefully doing so again in the not so distant future.

Stunning Valentines weekend away. Myself and my partner had an amazing relaxing weekend, local to Snowdon for walks and also beautiful views of the lake from the bedroom window which was only a 5-10 minute walk - beautiful! Gorgeous space, very light and airy. Decorated beautifully, very comfortable, felt like we were at home. Would definatley recommend and we are looking to come back in Summer time. Not far from a local co op and petrol station. Very simple instructions on how to get in, we arrived in the dark and all the lights were left on. Heating is on a timer which was perfect for us, we we’re always warm and perfect temperature. Thank you Ceri & Gwion for such a spectacular stay.

The house was lovely and had everything we wanted. Good communication from Joanne who was very helpful. It’s a fantastic base for Snowdon and surrounding area. We stayed for a long weekend as I was taking part in an ultra marathon and the finish line was only 5 minutes drive from the house. This is a perfect location for anybody taking part in Ratrace Sea to Summit next year.
