Monthly Rentals in Murs

Very friendly, uncomplicated and unobtrusive hosts. The gite has everything you need for a longer stay. Parking is directly at the house and we could safely park our bikes in a small shed on the enclosed property. Bert and Christine, enthusiastic cyclists themselves, know the area very well and have some special tour recommendations ready even for supposed experts of the Luberon. We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of November where it was quite cool during the nights, but the house is well insulated and the electric heating works great. The small kitchen used daily and found it completely sufficient in terms of amenities and scope. On vacation we deliberately waive television, but found the small BT-friendly retro radio very nice. Smaller purchases can be easily done by bike in nearby St-Saturnin-les-Apt. All in all - highly recommended!

Rita & Carlo are friendly warm people, who received me very hospitably. The house was very clean, the bed was good, and in the kitchen there were all the utensils I could wish for. I felt completely at home, and safe. It's a really suitable place to go on vacation alone as a woman. The house is located in a green fenced yard. In the warm months it stays fresh inside, and during the first colder nights in October, the heating also worked perfectly. I slept very well, because at night it is quiet. At my request, the wifi was even turned off especially every night and put back in the morning, all this to give me the perfect night's sleep. Nothing was too much for these hosts, they tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible in many ways. I would strongly recommend a stay! I will definitely be back myself, I miss my new friends already, a bientot!

We had a fabulous 9 night stay in October at Marie Claude's place and were sad to leave! We found the accomodation to be very cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and ample hot water for showers. The view was absoultely stunning to wake up to and the location was beautiful and peaceful and well located to explore all the villages either by bike or car. We enjoyed walking to Murs in the evenings. Our favourite towns were Lourmarin for the market, cafe Gaby and people watching , we also loved nearby Goult. We would highly recommend Marie Claude's place for a break in this beautiful part of France.
