Vacation rentals with beach access in Murray River

James’ place was ideal for our family’s stay in Melbourne. The apartment had enough room for us all and great amenities. The outdoor area was lovely and provided a great spot for kids to get outside. It was a great location to see the city - tram at the doorstep, walking distance to the city too, and also the car park was so easy to get in and out of! I would definitely book again. Thanks James!

Perfect accomodation and the view of the ocean from our loungeroom and balcony was so peaceful and beautiful and walking distance to all the shops on the main street .

John & Jeane’s place is located just outside CBD and is a perfect place to come home to and unwind after the long day. It’s very accessible and for me, it is walkable to almost every where we wanted to visit (We like walking). I made a small error in my ETA and John & Jeane were occupied, but made arrangements so that our checkin would be smooth. The place was spotless, and I can’t emphasise enough just how comfortable the whole place is - truly felt like I was right at home. They even prepared some oat and soy milk for us in the fridge (which was much appreciated after our tiring midnight flight). Everything I would have done for a guest at my home was done by John & Jeane for us. We’re truly so grateful to our hosts for everything and hope to stay here again someday!

This unit was very beautiful, it had everything you need comfy beds, couch, easy access to the front door no annoying keys that you could loose along your travels around. Was very spacious and apart from the noise of traffic outside which you couldnt hear inside at all, it was an overall beautiful place.

We stayed here for eight fantastic weeks. We loved the place and were sad to leave. Alex replied really quickly and with clear instructions. The apartment was brilliant. Really clean, comfortable, great view and so close to everything. The gym and pool were also fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer but just a little too expensive for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome place to stay very walkable and easy to get in and out

We had a great few days staying at Claire’s. The house was lovely, very clean and spacious within a short walk by the river to the shops. Claire was quick to reply and friendly and helpful, we will be back to stay another time for sure, thanks Claire.

A lovely and cosy stay in a very stylish space. Felt like a little home, and short drive to the centre of town. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking to spend some time in.

We had an amazing stay. For two couples and 2 small children the size was perfect, we loved that there were 2 bathrooms. The outdoor entertaining was amazing and the kids could be secured within the deck. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The only place in Australia that we can switch off as a family to the rest of the world and spend precious time together. So very grateful for this piece of paradise

Peter and Evy’s place was very well equipped. It had everything and heaps of crockery and cutlery, glassware etc. It had lots of space and things to do for 9 of us. It was easy to get to and close enough to walk into Mannum. It was really relaxing and the beds were really comfy and bathroom lovely clean. It was very modern they have considered everything. Especially loved the coffee options and ice machine. Thanks Peter and Evy for sharing your lovely home with us.

We had a fabulous few days at this outstanding property! This place is ‘next level’ gorgeous and has everything you need for a large group to enjoy time together. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking and dining, the decor is stunning. It has a relaxed beachside vibe but with lovely luxurious touches everywhere. We would recommend The Church on the Hill without hesitation.

Leigh's communication throughout was excellent. He also generously allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated on such a hot day! The property itself was as advertised and outstanding. The three of us loved it and would return in a heartbeat. The river setting is stunning. I highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Wonderful stay at Sam’s apartment over the weekend of the AO Tennis. Easy walking distance. Good restaurants on South Bank. Tram stops and station close by for exploring other areas of Melbourne. Spacious rooms, with ample room for 4 adults. Pool was refreshing after long days. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location - Woolworths right across the road. Walking distance to everything. Private, quiet and luxurious apartments. This is our number one stay whenever we return to Melbourne.

Have stayed at Tamar's place three times now and alway enjoy my time there. Right in the heart of the city, above the bustle of Flinders station and Fed Square with a fantastic little balcony looking across the Yarra. Tamar is a friendly and considerate host. If you don't mind being amid the noise and energy of Melbourne the convenience to walk around or catch public transport is hard to beat.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Excellent location. Very walkable to everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and magical - particularly at night. The accommodation had everything you’d need.
