Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

We absolutely loved Dunja's place, it was everything and more! The communication and recommendations were great. Dunja is a lovely host, easily one of the nicest hosts we've come across when booking Airbnb. The Holzhutte was really special and the hot tub and sauna were such a lovely additional feature. Our family of 6 had a fantastic 3-night stay and we were truly sad to leave. We instantly felt at home here.

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was clean and well equipped, nothing was missing. The location was ideal and everything was easily accessible. Definitely would visit again and can only recommend it!

Our stay started with a small technical issue but Thomas was always responsive, present and available until it was resolved. The house is WONDERFUL, incredibly large and spacious with enough space so that each guest has their own privacy. The photographs don't make the house spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are super clean, spacious, and functional. Huge showers. The kitchen and house are equipped with anything you may need even for a long stay. Quiet surroundings, great bakery near the house. We highly recommend staying with this host.

The stay was fantastic! The place was super clean, exactly as described and provided everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to all the main attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication was quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice time in gap!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY AT The TV had YouTube. There was snow and a swing to play at the backyard. Bicycles. Futsal table at the basement. There's a balcony. There was a rocking chair. 2 tvs at the 2nd floor Multiple bathrooms. Big dining table. MUST STAY Shopping areas near the neighbourhood

Katja is a super nice hostess. Very nice simple farm. Our children loved the house and surroundings. Very good starting point for tours and hikes in the Allgäu. Gladly come back.

We were very well received and were able to check in earlier than expected. Questions were answered directly, and there were also tips for things to do. We were very comfortable and would come back.

Nice new apartment in a quiet place with an elevator and an underground parking. Beautiful view of the mountains and the big ski jump. Everything was fine, except: - no AC in the top floor, hot during the day, - some windows did not have sun shades or curtains, - low ceiling, - noise from occasional helicopters that were flying too low and too often.

We spent 5 nights in Winny and Christian's lovely ski chalet. We were very happy with our stay there. Everything was as advertised, I would even say the place could be a little better than the photos, considering the photos are taken with the blinds drawn. It is well located, a short 5-minute walk to the central village area. Although it is surrounded by other houses, it still feels rather private. Very close to the grocery store and very close main tourist destinations. We would highly reccomend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Katja's home! The apartment is very spacious and open. We enjoyed all of the storage areas available for our luggage and clothing. The windows and skylights allow great natural light and air flow. The location is amazing- the perfect spot between Garmisch and Partenkirchen made it easy to meet our friends in either area. The apartment is right near the train station, bus lines and easy to walk.

Everything was great! The house is big enough for 10 people, clean and comfortable. It took 40 minutes to get to the closest ski resort, though.

Anja was very accommodating and helpful across the duration of my stay. The apartment is beautiful and easy to get to. Getting into the centre of Innsbruck was super easy with the bus stop nearby the apartment. Overall would highly recommend!!

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We had such a good time. The house is beautiful, open, spacious. and was centrally located, with groceries and a great bakery right around the corner. It was quiet and private within walking distance to the lake and downtown restaurants. Perfect for a quick getaway.

We’ve been here 2 times now and both times were amazing. The place is great and the host did a great job with helping out if there was anything. Would definitely recommend!

We spent our ski holiday with 7 people in this beautiful place. There was enough space for everyone and everyone could retreat a little. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for all people. Towels were also in different sizes. Here it may be advisable to pack a few differently colored clothespins so that you can keep the towels of all guests apart;) The warm ski boot holders are very suitable for a ski holiday! The situation is quiet and secluded. We were able to reach the house well by car, even if snow chains might be necessary in case of heavy snow conditions. Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation! Most of all the cleanliness was excellent! Also, we always felt super cared for. We will certainly keep this place in mind when we return to the Zillertal! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

We had a fabulous time at the chalet! The view of the castle and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The chalet is very comfortable and during winter time it was lovely to have the fire going in the livingroom. The communication and recommendations were much appreciated. Also there was a fresh bread service every morning which was delicious. We definetly recommend the chalet!

The 7 of us spent a wonderful week over New Year at the Villa. Firstly I cannot stress enough how wonderful Gunther was a host - even though he was flying out as we drove through Austria, we got very clear and helpful instructions and the manual within the house was just a source of information. The house was beautifully appointed, very clean and with all the mod-cons you could ask for. The Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for cooking for many people and there was plenty of seating round the dining table. The bedrooms were all comfortable with quality linen and towels - which makes such a difference to a stay. The location in Motz is beautiful and peaceful, and we enjoyed the morning stroll to the bakery and the supermarket for breakfast before exploring all the region has to offer. I would say having a car is a benefit as going to Swarovski world, or up the mountain, or to a medieval town or just into Innsbruck dinner is easier with a car.
