Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Murnau am Staffelsee

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

We felt very comfortable in the "wooden cabin". The arrival was great, easy access and communication was quick and friendly. We really enjoyed the scenery and did many day trips with the kids. The house is energetic in top condition, you don't have to worry about anything. Due to the controlled indoor air, you always have a pleasant climate in all rooms. The beds, duvets and towels were very clean, so I saw something else in the guest company. The house is equipped with everything you need. I love the attitude that you don't throw anything away while it's still good, so we already had a few ingredients for dishes there. The high beds are amazing, the kids loved it. We all slept very well and had a very relaxed vacation. On top there is another local beer, thank you Dunja, we will be happy to come back.

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was clean and well equipped, nothing was missing. The location was ideal and everything was easily accessible. Definitely would visit again and can only recommend it!

Our stay started with a small technical issue but Thomas was always responsive, present and available until it was resolved. The house is WONDERFUL, incredibly large and spacious with enough space so that each guest has their own privacy. The photographs don't make the house spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are super clean, spacious, and functional. Huge showers. The kitchen and house are equipped with anything you may need even for a long stay. Quiet surroundings, great bakery near the house. We highly recommend staying with this host.

The stay was fantastic! The place was super clean, exactly as described and provided everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to all the main attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication was quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice time in gap!

Our group of four stayed at Thomas's house for five days. We highly recommend it! No complaints at all. Excellent location, within walking distance to downtown, and the cross-country ski trails. Great layout, with three floors, and a wonderful sauna. The washer/dryer was a great amenity, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Thomas was responsive to questions and great to work with.

Katja is a super nice hostess. Very nice simple farm. Our children loved the house and surroundings. Very good starting point for tours and hikes in the Allgäu. Gladly come back.

We were lucky enough to get this place at short notice because we spontaneously agreed on a trip. 2 adults and two kids were there. the place has more than enough space to get everyone under. Theoretically, there would have been more room for another one. The village where the property is located is very nice. Everything is within walking distance. The Lech that flows there invites you for extensive walks. Beautifully the corner there. All other attractions are super easy and quick to reach by car. Even the initial doubts that there is no TV in the property (has the smaller participants) made very nervous. But at no time was this missing. All in all, we are very happy to have had a place from Micha. By the way, which is super nice and always available, there should be questions. I or We can only recommend it

We were very well received and were able to check in earlier than expected. Questions were answered directly, and there were also tips for things to do. We were very comfortable and would come back.

Katrin's place is just worth every penny! Very quiet location and very nice neighborhood. The place is even nicer than in the pictures and so far the cleanest Air BnB we've been to. Everything as licked. A fully equipped kitchen where really nothing is missing. Very cozy and homely furnishings, especially with the fireplace. Very easy check-in, everything described in detail and also quickly accessible for questions ( which actually can no longer arise). Private parking space directly in front of the property is also available. We will be happy to come back !

We felt very comfortable during the five-day stay. Highly recommended for a ski holiday as a place to stay. The location and distance to restaurants in the village is perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Nice new apartment in a quiet place with an elevator and an underground parking. Beautiful view of the mountains and the big ski jump. Everything was fine, except: - no AC in the top floor, hot during the day, - some windows did not have sun shades or curtains, - low ceiling, - noise from occasional helicopters that were flying too low and too often.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of the village of Seefeld to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

We stayed at Claudia's place for 6 days and it was a pleasure, she or her husband were always available if we needed anything and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Perfectly located to enjoy the Tyrol area. We will be back here!

We had a wonderful stay at Katja's home! The apartment is very spacious and open. We enjoyed all of the storage areas available for our luggage and clothing. The windows and skylights allow great natural light and air flow. The location is amazing- the perfect spot between Garmisch and Partenkirchen made it easy to meet our friends in either area. The apartment is right near the train station, bus lines and easy to walk.

Isabella is a super sweet and friendly hostess. The house is beautiful and you feel right at home. We stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely be guests there again if it attracted us to the area. My favorite is the tiled stove in the living room, it gives the whole house a pleasant warmth and simply has charm. All around we were very peaceful and can only recommend it.

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We had such a good time. The house is beautiful, open, spacious. and was centrally located, with groceries and a great bakery right around the corner. It was quiet and private within walking distance to the lake and downtown restaurants. Perfect for a quick getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

The hunting lodge is a wonderful combination of old and new. And the view of Neuschwanstein Castle is simply fabulous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the dining & living room is super quaint and cozy. The bedrooms are very spacious and the garden welcoming. Only one or the other toilet/bathroom could use a locking option.

It was an absolute dream house that was in pristine condition. It felt like a little piece of heaven that was only a two minute drive to the ski slopes. It was perfect!
