Monthly Rentals in Munnsville

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

it has everything you need for your stay. Very simple to find, clean, and cozy. The owners are super accommodating leaving some small essentials. They are perfectly friendly and absolutely worth the price. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone that needs a good place in Vernon.

Just a quick overnight stay, 11p-8a. Good communication, clean, appealing space, and cheaper than all area hotels that night!

It was a wonderful location and perfect getaway for our family. We appreciated the calm and convenient cottage during our holiday stay.
