Monthly Rentals in Mullayanagiri Peak

Our stay at Spencer House was extremely wonderful. Gowri was super proactive and the all instructions until the check out was smooth. The house was so beautiful and clean. We were a big group of 10 people and there was a lot of space to sit and sleep comfortably. The kitchen had every type of essentials and the caretaker was even helpful if we required anything more. Overall a 5⭐️ experience. Completely worth it!

Our stay at this homestay in Chikmagalur was truly delightful. The caretaker and his family were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They graciously offered us freshly brewed coffee throughout our stay, straight from their own coffee plantation- a wonderful touch! The family also arranged a bonfire for us and were always available to assist with anything we needed. The caretaker checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. The highlight of our experience was the delicious dinner they prepared for us. The food was exceptional, and the pricing was very reasonable. overall, it was a warm and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The place was exactly as shown in the photos and chandhan was very responsive and his parents were also very helpful in everything.

as motorcyclist travellers , our group of 4 found it extremely convenient location wise, host and on-site staff interaction with friendly service. Recommended for 1-2 nights stay at a quiet residential locality away from the main shops and bazar area.
