Great location. The house is well equipped and cute. Loved the outdoor firepit on the private patio.

This home was perfect for my time in Fort Smith. Check in was a breeze, and Kevin was super quick to respond to messages. The home was super clean and had everything we needed.

Great home, super clean, stocked with everything we needed. Were traveling for work and gone all day but there’s lots of games to play if you spend more time there and the master bed is extremely comfortable

Absolutely will stay here again! House was perfect location for our trip! Clean and immaculate! The host had sound machines in every room—GAME CHANGER for a great night sleep! We brought my 1 year old son and to my surprise the house had toys perfect for his age! Was the best stay and we appreciated the early check in and the host being very welcoming and accommodating!

The house was amazing! Everything was just as it said. Super clean, love love loved the decor and the layout of the house. The hot tub was an absolute blessing to sit in every night after a long day of work. I will definitely recommend this property and will for sure rent again in the future. Garrett was very responsive and answered with in minutes. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnb's and this one is definitely at the top of the list of places to stay!

The house is so cozy and the living room with the amazing fire place is where we spent so much time visiting. Such a lovely home to stay in. The property is beautiful and the view from the upstairs balcony is gorgeous!!

Ross and Racheles place is an awesome one! It is clean, well appointed, and a great place to kick back and relax. Minutes away from Devils Den park and downtown Fayetteville so easy to access activities. Grocery store is right down the street so easy to address any immediate needs. Was too cold during our stay to enjoy the pool, but I'm sure that would take it over the top in terms of how great this place is.

Awesome place with a fantastic host. The home had everything that we needed to make this a family vacation to remember. The house is very spacious and family friendly. The kids loved the pool. The host had everything prepped to give us all the luxuries of home. We will definitely be back soon

Exactly as expected. Our grandchildren enjoyed the park and our children appreciated the size of the bedrooms/desks for working/comfortable surroundings. Stayed 18 nights.

This cabin was perfect! We had the best weekend! This is our 2nd stay in this cabin. It was clean, beautiful location, cozy, everything you could possibly need and then some! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Host was so nice and made sure we had the best experience possible! We will be returning again

We were in Fayetteville for graduation. We also had our chocolate lab with us and our daughter and her husband had their golden retriever. Getting to and from this location was very easy. It was wonderful to have our immediate family together to fellowship and celebrate. Beds were very comfortable. Back yard was great for the dogs. Overall great experience!

wonderful place to stay, especially with kids. we were visiting from Tennessee with 2 toddlers and having a fenced in yard and plenty of room inside to play was wonderful. we felt right at home with everything provided. Sharon and her husband were so kind and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

We loved staying at this cabin and it will be our go to anytime we stay in the area. We especially loved the fireplace and how cozy the cottage felt. The view was amazing and they had everything we needed including extras that most Airbnb's I've stayed at don't have, such as coffee. The owners were nice and their response time was quick. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ryan was quick to communicate! The host went above and beyond welcoming us to property by having lit candles, completely appropriate for the occasion! The place was super clean and had more than what we expected, lots of toiletries and abundant towels! Everything was Perfecto!!!
