Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mulberry River

We had a lovely time!! The place is so neat and we loved all the detail to go with the vampire theme! Would highly recommend staying here!

We had such a nice stay. The home is very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. Kelli is an excellent host and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean and in a peaceful area. You can sit on the porch and watch the horses and just relax to the sound of nature. Have the fence with remote gate was nice as we had a dog and could let him run in the fenced area as we were out side. Would definitely recommend, it is a nice location to go to eureka or Branson.

The house was beautiful. Plenty of space and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

Little red cottage was beyond our expectations. Perfect place to spend time with our Granddaughter . Very comfortable ,every detail thoughtful , Clean, and beds and pillows comfortable .We come to Fort Smith every year and would deffinately stay again Thank You William .

Very nice farm house. Love the location, in the country, not far from the City. Very cozy, comfortable beds. Sweet kitty, cows in the back. Peaceful and relaxing

Jim and Karen have a lovely place. Our family rented both houses and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to Keep the grandkids occupied and there were several places for adults to relax. We would definitely recommend!

The condo was beautiful, clean and easily accessible. The communication was always immediate. We will definitely stay with them again. The only issue we had was the internet was a little unstable and we were not able to watch TV in the guest bedroom constantly but it worked out beautifully.Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Natalie’s condo was so cute and extremely clean! I felt safe staying at this airbnb while trying alone for work. Great walking distance to good restaurants. The condo was easy to find and Natalie was very responsive to any of my questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Fayetteville!

We had a great time, and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to explore Fayetteville. It’s easy walking distance to the campus, stadium, bars/restaurants on Dickson, and a quick trek to the Square. The space was clean and cozy! We would definitely book again the next time we come to Fayetteville!

This was an amazing experience. The host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. I was even having trouble connecting to the internet and they offered to send a technician to get me sorted out, but were able to help me out themselves. The place was perfect for what I needed and the hosts made my stay wonderful. I will absolutely be back in the future.

Comfortable bed and furniture. Really fast internet. Easy kitchen for preparing meals. Close to shopping when I forgot something on my list.

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient to Clarksville, our ultimate destination, and perfect for just me and my wife. The accommodation is much preferred to the hotel accommodations in the area. The furnishings were vey comfortable and welcoming in the evenings. After what had been a very busy few weeks, it was nice to settle in a homey setting and recharge for the next day. We were able to meet Tim, who turns out was the driver for the U of O wresting team for a tournament in Missouri. Clearly involved with the university and good citizens in the area, their property reflects that caring and involvement. This provided us with an additional level of comfort and appreciation for the hospitality. My wife and I certainly hope to stay here again during our next visit and highly recommend Tim and Barbara's place for anyone looking for comfortable, homy accommodations while in the area. Thank you Tim and Barbara and hope to see you in the spring.

Betty was very kind to make another one of her locations available when this location was already booked. Our accommodations were very and cozy. She provided easy instructions to get inside and the location was nice near a park decorated with lights for the holiday season.

Great location and condo! Worked perfectly for our family on graduation weekend!
