Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mulberry River

We had such a nice stay. The home is very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. Kelli is an excellent host and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a nice/safe neighborhood. It’s easy to get into the property and access to the garage was a bonus. The home was clean and had plenty of space and amenities. Would stay here again.

This home was cozy and warm. Everything about this stay was good. When we got there everything was the way it showed and said. The back porch is perfect to just get away and still have space. Felt like I was right at home!

The farm house was perfect for a one-night stay for our family. We were 5 adults and one small child, and we had plenty of space! There were even toys and a kids library in the house! We loved the kitty, Fegaro! It was also fun to have cows right outside. The home was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! Our host was very responsive.

Josh’s home felt like our home away from home. It was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We were quite pleased with our experience and plan to look this home back up when we return.

Jim and Karen have a lovely place. Our family rented both houses and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to Keep the grandkids occupied and there were several places for adults to relax. We would definitely recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at Hallie’s place and hope that it will still be available in the future when we get back up to Fayetteville. Hallie had all the amenities you need and then some. While the house is off the bike trail, it’s back off the street and a quiet place to stay. Centrally located yo the University, many restaurants and shopping as well as grocery stores and gas stations. We absolutely love this AirBnB and have stayed in several.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

We spent new years eve at Kyle's and had a lovely time! Friends came in from out of town and we got to spend great quality time together at the house!

The condo was beautiful, clean and easily accessible. The communication was always immediate. We will definitely stay with them again. The only issue we had was the internet was a little unstable and we were not able to watch TV in the guest bedroom constantly but it worked out beautifully.Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I highly recommend this Airbnb the next time you are in Fayetteville! It is so cute, so clean, in an awesome/walkable location right off of Dickson, I could go on and on. :) The bed was so comfortable, the towels smelled lovely, everything was so clean, and the host even had a basket full of snacks - sorting thru them I felt like I was on a first class flight!! We were there during the winter, and I have to say we really enjoyed having the fireplace - what a cozy treat and rare when renting a condo. Huge kudos to our host, we'll be back!!

Perfect place if you want to enjoy the campus, sporting events, or Dixon Street!

This was an amazing experience. The host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. I was even having trouble connecting to the internet and they offered to send a technician to get me sorted out, but were able to help me out themselves. The place was perfect for what I needed and the hosts made my stay wonderful. I will absolutely be back in the future.

Comfortable bed and furniture. Really fast internet. Easy kitchen for preparing meals. Close to shopping when I forgot something on my list.

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient to Clarksville, our ultimate destination, and perfect for just me and my wife. The accommodation is much preferred to the hotel accommodations in the area. The furnishings were vey comfortable and welcoming in the evenings. After what had been a very busy few weeks, it was nice to settle in a homey setting and recharge for the next day. We were able to meet Tim, who turns out was the driver for the U of O wresting team for a tournament in Missouri. Clearly involved with the university and good citizens in the area, their property reflects that caring and involvement. This provided us with an additional level of comfort and appreciation for the hospitality. My wife and I certainly hope to stay here again during our next visit and highly recommend Tim and Barbara's place for anyone looking for comfortable, homy accommodations while in the area. Thank you Tim and Barbara and hope to see you in the spring.

Betty was very kind to make another one of her locations available when this location was already booked. Our accommodations were very and cozy. She provided easy instructions to get inside and the location was nice near a park decorated with lights for the holiday season.

Great space for our weekend in Fayetteville!! The location is close to everything, quiet, and very clean. It was just what we were looking for, would definitely stay there again!!
