It was indeed a beautiful experience here with the responsive host to extremely helpful sweet staffs, food was good, and the view was mesmerizing, breathtaking..! only one thing i would like to highlight that becoz the cottages r made of ply it's quite cold at night for people like me who come from hot states, so much that i needed a warmer but still it didn't benefit and i am here on April don't know how cold it will be during winters...So please do something for the super cold inside of rooms as it takes that cozy vibes becoz of chilling temperature. Overall a 10/10 experience and people loving the cold vibe will love it more!

We recently stayed at Maati Living in Mukteshwar and it was everything we had hoped for. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful escape, somewhere we could just relax, unwind and enjoy good food without the pressure of being on the move every day and Maati Living delivered exactly that. The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers & plants, earthy aesthetic that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. The views were breathtaking and the overall vibe was rejuvenating. The food deserves a special mention—every meal was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor and served with such warmth. We truly looked forward to each meal! The service was prompt and genuinely hospitable.

Excellent stay. Superb location. Excellent views of snow clad Himalayan peaks with sunrise. Superb caring host. Willing to help caretaker. Very peaceful. That broadly sums up our experience at Sunny's place-- Villa Kailasa. We were lucky enough to have all excellent Airbnb accommodations during the trip. All the facilities are as shown in the listing. There are some steps but not so difficult to negotiate. Sunny remains in touch with the guests and the caretaker is quite handy. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends & relatives.

I had an incredibly memorable and beautiful solo retreat at Aranya Agosh by Shoonya in Mukteshwar. The place is a perfect blend of minimal design, sustainability, and soulful aesthetics, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail reflects peace and simplicity, making it ideal for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature. Mahima and RK, the hosts, were warm, welcoming, and thoughtful — they’ve truly created a home away from home—a special shoutout to Chef Arya ji, whose food was absolutely incredible. The local Kumaoni cuisine was rich and flavorful, and his continental dishes were equally impressive. From the serene atmosphere to the delicious meals and heartfelt hospitality, everything about my stay felt nourishing and refreshing. Highly recommend this gem for solo travelers, couples, with family and anyone in need of a mindful escape.
