Marina is a great landlord, very punctual, responsive, and intelligent. She was in touch all the time and sometimes interested if is everything fine with my stay. She can help you with advice on where you can find some things: food, restaurants, clothes markets, beauty etc. And a really interesting person About the place: everything was absolutely clean and matched the photos. It's a good place for living alone or with your partner. Here are the markets, beauty, bus stops, nice park, the hills around the district, currency exchange spots, 24/7 food stores, fast-foods So I really recommend this place for this price

Very cozy apartment, with a beautiful view of the mountains. There is all the necessary furniture and equipment. The hosts are hospitable and attentive, communication was pleasant. There is a grocery store right in the building, which was important for us. Thank you for your hospitality ♥️

Shako was a great host, very helpful and friendly. I stayed at his apartment for almost a week while I started my IVF treatment and wanted to be close to the clinic. I was very comfortable during my stay there and I was able to work remotely without any issues. The neighborhood is a bit removed from old town but it is accessible via bus very close by. There are grocery stores and access to all necessities. The building could use a bit of maintenance but Shako’s place is exactly as described.

Very nice and cozy apartment, located in a residential area and not far from the metro. There is a construction site nearby, but you can't hear it. Good and fast internet. Responsive and pleasant hostess.
