Great little house with touches of a warm home in a very convenient location in Chiang Mai. Host was prompt with communication and helping with anything that came up during the stay. A bit of airplane noise but that is expected in this part of town. Would definitely return

We came as a group of 12 people and the two bungalows with six spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the communal areas were perfect for gathering together. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and ideal for relaxing during the day. We loved the outdoor dining setup and the covered sala, which made every meal feel special. The two indoor dining areas were also great for when we wanted to enjoy meals inside. The location couldn’t be better—just an 8-10 minute drive to the city, making it super convenient to explore Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful, private retreat. The host was fantastic and made sure everything was seamless for our group. This place is perfect for families or groups looking for convenient stay. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern home that we all loved to stay at! Aumpitchaya was very responsive to our inquiries. Everyone had a great time staying for a week. We loved the pool as well as the beautiful living/dining area. Lots of good coffee shops around as well as close to Old City of Chiang Mai, and lots of activities near by. Would love to rebook on our next trip to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

The house is near the airport with great location. It’s very spacious and well equipped. Kasin responds to all enquiries very quickly. He helps to change the towels and provide water for us every day. The house is worth valued and we highly recommend it.

I loved the house so much because it was really comfortable and beautiful, the host was also very attentive to arrange the pick-up service for us, the airport pickup service was quiet occasionally, and I didn't know what kind of flowers the big pool was the children's favorite We enjoyed the wonderful few days of my life. I think I would choose to come here in Chiang Mai in the future. The kind host took care of us very well.

We found this pearl in the north of Thailand ✨ We were very glad to stay for a week in this cozy house on the second floor, where we really felt at home, which is tens of thousands of kilometers away from us. Bicycles are available for public use. The convenience store 7-11 is within walking distance. In the morning you can hear birds singing, a very well-kept garden. The accommodation has everything you need for a long-term stay. Fast Wi-Fi. There is a pond near the house. The owners of the house are hospitable I recommend this place!

Son’s place was a good size for a large group with many rooms and beds. There were also many toilets available to use. We had a good and comfortable stay here. There were also many cafes and restaurants surrounding the Airbnb! Would definitely like to come back here if I return to Chiang Mai.

Live in a little green house in a dream🏠 Attracted by the aesthetic of INFP host Eddie. It's even more sophisticated and beautiful than the pictures. Every day the sun sprinkles through the green to the room from every angle of the house. The furnishings and decor are meticulous by Eddie. Even small to a bowl with a load of dish cotton. Host will welcome you and introduce you to the house. Welcome fruit is the No.1 orange in Chiang Mai🍊 has a lovely theater room. The front and back yards are unmatched. It is Nimman Road, but it is not noisy. Some airplane noise on the route is also thoughtfully prepared for earplugs. We stayed in the house every day and didn't want to get out even if we went out and wanted to hurry home. Well it's home We take care of it like it's our own. We had a great stay here. The house is spacious and the beds extremely comfy. It is in a great location in Nimman and we could walk to lots of places in the centre. Lovely cafe, bar, restaurant and independent shops vibe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Chiang Mai

Super cool and quiet place in town. Near the local community and fast to get anywhere around the town! So nice to choose this place as a staycation place!!!! I couldn’t imagine that there is still a peaceful place like this house around! Good hosts with friendly instruction and recommendations! Love it! I'm a bit skeptical of five-star reviews, which have become so common they seem to have lost their value, but in this case I would say the hosts' effort at equipping their place and communicating with guests does deserve five stars. The home was more spacious than I expected and very roomy and comfortable if you need to work at home or want to relax at home. I would recommend arriving during the day if possible, only because despite very detailed directions from the hosts, Chiang Mai's streets and sois (smaller streets and alleys) can be confusing. I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone very elderly or disabled, only because, like many Thai homes, it has lots of steps up and down. I didn't meet the hosts due to our short two-night stay, but they are speedy communicators and exude hospitality. They provided a good house manual with excellent restaurant tips. . . and house manuals are all too often missing at other five-star places. I would go back for sure.
