Remodeled 1928 Guesthouse with a Pool in Five Points

Climb a ladder to a secret loft in a dreamy white-on-white room and get the feeling of sleeping in a cloud. There's plenty of space to spread out on polished white floors, including a full kitchen and dining table big enough for entertaining guests. The home is permitted via Nashville Metro permit # 2/0/1/8/0/0/3/8/4/2 House has access to salt water pool from April - October. The pool is heated April - May and September - October. Relax by the pool and soak up the Nashville sun. The cottage is minimally furnished with locally sourced furniture and filled with one of a kind art I've collected from my travels. Fully equipped kitchen with small balcony overlooking pool. Open Studio feel, with vaulted ceilings, with a handmade wooden ladder leading to the Queen Loft Space. One King Size bed with one Queen size bed in the loft space. Sofa is also cozy and great for sleeping. All bedding provided. One full sized shower and bathroom with an old vintage trough sink. The ceilings are vaulted with thoughtful wood working throughout. This gives the space a very relaxing, romantic feel. You can utilize the kitchen to cook for yourselves. Turnip Truck, our local grocery, is within walking distance or you can rent bicycles on 10th street and cycle down. Don't forget to stop at our local wine store, Woodland Wine, for some amazing vino to go with your meal. You can also walk to other wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't feel like cooking. After dinner make sure to stroll around our charming neighborhood filled with beautifully restored homes and shops. It's as if you stepped out of a different time period. East Nashville has become a local gathering place for artists, restauranteurs, and neighborhood families. It is a wonderful, eclectic neighborhood filled with heart and personality. Our cottage is within walking distance of many of the local hot spots. East Nashville has been featured as a culinary and style destination by the likes of GQ, The New York Times, and Travel and Leisure. Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

My girlfriend and I and our families were in town for an awards show in Nashville so we wanted to find a nice quiet place to relax when not in town and this place more than lived up to that! It was a beautiful, quiet setting with an easy commute into Nashville. Grocery stores were only a few mins away so it was very convenient to stock up then come back and forget about the outside world. Dan and his family were excellent hosts. He was very responsive and friendly. He gave great recommendations for things to do in Nashville. The interior was set up beautifully and we felt right at home, which was needed after a 14 hour drive. I definitely recommend taking some time to get out of the water there and take in the nature. We cannot wait to come back again and again!

I highly recommend this space for anyone planning a vacation in Nashville! From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made communication a breeze. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early and enjoy a late checkout, both free of charge, which was such a generous touch. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh coffee, a chilled bottle of rosé, and sparkling mineral water, such thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better, everything we needed was within easy walking distance, from great restaurants to live music venues. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our group had a great time. Ryan was very responsive, the home was clean, and in a very convenient location. Broadway 13min away, groceries, liquor store etc… only 5 min away. Property also had a hot tub and pool which was a nice bonus. *Also, on the description it’s not clear, but one important detail to know is, this house is basically a “5” bedroom and not “4”. Which makes it even a better value! And the 5th bedroom has 3 beds in it. I’d definitely stay here again. -Ted

This home was absolutely beautiful, and perfectly fit our bachelorette group. The air conditioner wasn’t working upstairs and Cooper was incredibly responsive and had a tech out the same day! There was some ruckus at a neighboring home our first night where we felt unsafe and had to call the authorities and Cooper was so considerate and made sure we were all safe. He checked in multiple times on both concerns. He graciously allowed us to check in early, and checkout was easy breezy! He is incredibly responsive and friendly, and made the hiccups feel less worrisome.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.
