Vacation rentals with lake access in Mt. Juliet

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful weekend at the water. The living space was comfortable. Lots of room downstairs to play. Easy to get to. Mostly we loved enjoying coffee while we enjoyed the view from the sofa. The kitchen was well stacked we were able to make all our meals at the Airbnb. The beds were comfortable.

This was a third stay here. It’s a great place to reset and enjoy the outdoors. Great fire pit, hot tub and the vaulted ceiling bedroom has an awesome vibe. Highly recommend for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Home was cute and very private. Lorena was very easy and quick to communicate and was super flexible with us! I would highly recommend and would definitely rent the same place if I were to come back.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

What a perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a Nashville getaway! It’s the right distance where you aren’t having to pay Nashville prices, but close enough to drive into town. Raymond and Ethelene were perfect hosts, too! I strongly recommend, especially to anyone traveling with pets. As soon as Ethelene came down to greet our little Wilbur, I knew we were in good hands. I will say the space has a low ceiling, so if you’re taller than 6’, you may have some issues. Overall, though, it was a perfect spot and I will definitely be keeping this in mind for the future! :)

Brand new unit and building! Check-in was super smooth and parking was amazing! The building was beautiful within a peaceful neighborhood, and the room is equipped with everything! Love to visit again!

Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

This air b and b was perfect for my group of 4 teen girls. They were over the top in love with the place and didn’t want to leave. They had the best time getting ready together with the added whimsy of the swings and all the up beat decor. Had a blast with the photo/telephone booth also. We went to a concert which was my daughter’s Christmas present and that was awesome but this great air b and b was the cherry on top! Highly recommend.

When searching for somewhere to stay in Nashville it can be difficult and overwhelming however, Don and Dora’s cottage not just because it has its own dock and an awesome cottage feel or the fact that they allow dogs ( which not many do) but it was how we were treated by them. They answered all of our questions fast and even sent us a video. I can’t thank them enough for allowing all of us to stay. From roasting marshmallows in the back yard to fishing in the mornings to even seeing deer come up to us. This place was everything we wanted and needed. Nashville was 20 mins away and the neighborhood was amazing. I will recommend everyone stay here don’t waste your time with anywhere else. We will be back! Thanks again Don and Dora!

We had a lovely and relaxing thanksgiving get-away. The kids really enjoyed the 2nd living area downstairs (as did the grown ups).

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.
