Brian is very friendly. Brian's place is actually better than the old pictures he listed. The bed room has a separate door. So if you cook, the smell should not affect the bedroom..The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cultery and there are a pot and pan with cover too. The oven may look old but is in prefect working condition. During our winter stay in July 2024 , the air con works well to keep us warm. Only comment we gave to Brian is that one side of the bed is a bit sunken.
