Monthly Rentals in Mount Sutro

This place is really special. It is very quiet and peaceful. I would often open the front door and just let the breeze come in through the place. Max was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. He made sure I had everything I needed. The location is awesome. It's close to a bus stop and a short walk to the Castro. It felt very safe and private. The place is well stocked with essentials for cooking, easy access to washer and dryer, and very clean. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while I was there!

Deborah was a wonderful host! She cheerfully greeted us and showed us around her home when we arrived. She was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful! We felt right at home and enjoyed waking up to views of the whole city. We look forward to our next visit!

Great location and walkable to restaurants and public transit. Super clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again. Lovely and peaceful garden in the rear of the house.

As a new arrival in San Francisco, I used Margaret's apartment as my temporary home for a month while I searched for more permanent housing and loved my time there. I loved being a short walk from Cole Valley's assortment of local businesses (especially my old lunchtime ritual of enjoying sandwiches from Luke's Local on the backyard deck). Margaret is also one of the more helpful and understanding hosts I've had!
