Such a great week away from the daily stresses of life! Beautifully situated in an unassuming nook between mountains both the sunsets and sun fises are breath taken from the hot tub or gazebo in what seems to be your own private mountain! Perfectly appointed with all you will need to not leave the mountain ! A truly one with nature and enlightening experience! Situated near the mountain top temple of the Peace Pagoda it's as though the warmth of the sun energizes your spirit as the morning dewy fog wipes clean the mind and restores the soul !

Lindsey’s home was an excellent place for Friendsgiving! The kitchen was well-stocked and the cabin was so cozy (many post-meal naps were had by the fireplace). We loved being able to bring our pups, too. The yard was huge and on a slope; my dog had so much fun chasing his ball around. The wraparound porch is huge and the view of the mountains stunning. There are plenty of games and things to do around the house, and there are several smart TVs, so we were able to catch all the football games. Highly recommend for a secluded getaway!

If you’re looking for a remote cabin getaway, this is the place! 5/5! Its peaceful surroundings make for perfect R&R. If you’re more into 4x4 riding gravel mountain roads, or hiking the beautiful forests there is that too. You WILL need 4 wheel drive to get there, that isn’t a joke or something to take lightly in the description. We had no cell service either, but the cabin was equipped with WiFi to stay in touch if needed. It rained much of our trip but we hung out on the porch (stayed dry) and played games, read a book, and took in all the beautiful sounds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plus some. Hosts were very responsive to all my questions and gave recommendations for different trails/attractions nearby. Due to severe weather the hosts reached out checking in on us, which was so nice and peace of mind - given the remote nature of the cabin there was no one around unless you went down the mountain. I booked this cabin to send my wife and Mother down from Chicagoland to visit family in NC. The moment I communicated with Jared, I knew I had made the right decision. He was courteous, Friendly and quick to respond. When my family arrived they literally raved about the beautiful home and property. It was spotless and well maintained. The views and surrounding area were tranquil and exactly what they were looking for. It was a perfect “Home Base” while visiting. We had rented in Gatlinburg just a few weeks prior and the experience was nice, but nothing like this. We absolutely look forward to visiting This property again and encourage others to do so as well. Definitely will not disappoint.
