This is spacious and very comfortable for two people. There is a living room, a dining area, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a door and a bathroom with a door. The location works well for us. There is nearly always on street parking available.

This was my second stay at Valentino's property - I previously stayed in the other unit. Both were excellent - squeaky clean, nice work space, comfy bed and linens, very quiet..especially for a downstairs unit. I've stayed in a LOT of PDX basement units, and usually you can hear people walking around upstairs. I didn't hear a single sound here. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There's a great coffee shop, park, and grocery stores within walking distance. It was about a 30min walk to Division St where more of the boutiques and restaurants are. If you have a car, everything is very close by so the location is all around excellent. I'm sure I'll be staying here again on my next visit!

This was our second stay at Janet’s wonderful getaway! A summer visit brings beautiful, private gardens! But even in winter, Janet decorates both the interior and exterior with seasonal joy! My wife and I both highly recommend a stay at Janet’s!

Everything about Chris and their place is 5 stars. Very tidy, very comfortable, great neighborhood. It was so well stocked with everything you might need for a longer term stay like mine. He was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!
