Monthly Rentals in Mount Royal

Great place to stay, we stayed for 2 months and cooked food and had a pet cat with us. We had a great time, Austin was very helpful whenever we asked for any help. Highly recommended.

“Exciting”, is the one word that I would use to describe this perfect downtown location when visiting Montréal. Maxine’s home is clean, cozy, and has all the cookware and appliances that one would need to prepare meals. It is also close to everything…and I mean everything! A grocery store and Starbucks is across the street. A McDonald in the other side of the street. You are footsteps away from some of the best restaurants and shopping that Montréal has to offer. It is all right there. I spent six months here where I declare that boredom is an impossibility while living in this area. And yet, at the same time I found it to be calm and very relaxing. Maxine is an excellent host whose hospitality was absolutely splendid. The communication was responsive and harmonious. I felt extremely welcome and enjoyed my time here immensely. I would definitely stay here again upon a return visit. Thank you Maxine!

Constantin’s place made all the difference in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay of over a month in Montreal. Not only did we feel at home, but we were also warmly welcomed with great kindness. Constantin was always willing to support us, whether in our cultural adaptation to the city or in meeting specific needs throughout our stay. The apartment is extremely well-organized, practical, functional, and very well-located. For those who enjoy walking everywhere, the location is simply perfect! It’s close to practically everything, from Plateau-Mont-Royal and Mile End to areas further south, like Vieux-Port, Quartier des Spectacles, and other vibrant neighborhoods that we made the most of. Additionally, the apartment is right across the street from Place des Arts metro station, providing easy access to all metro lines and the RÉSO, Montreal’s underground city. This made everything much more convenient, especially on the colder winter days. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in MTL.
