Vacation rentals with a patio in Mount Martha

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Chelsea! Super close to the train station, supermarket right next store and having the beach so close on a hot day was amazing! We would definitely recommend Dave as a host, he was wonderfully proactive with his communication and the place was beautiful

Andi’s beachside place is absolutely amazing. So close to everything; shops, beach, playground etc! Andi was terrific in communicating things to do around the area that were family friendly! Will definitely save this place for another trip in the future!

Excellent place to stay straight of the freeway . Easy walk to beach and ammenities shops and so on . Unit very clean and tidy will return again sometime. Michelle and Mark

A really easy place to stay. Outdoor area was a real bonus. Great backyard for the dog. There were unexpected bonuses that weren’t listed - such as Netflix, DVDs and quite a few games. Matt was a great communicator and made everything easy.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the space that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of a playground, cafe and scenic spots. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly felt taken care of. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.
