Vacation rentals with a patio in Mornington Peninsula Shire

Lesley was a fantastic host, only a phone call away if you need anything. The accommodation felt brand new, very clean and had everything you need. The apartment is large and you wouldn't know you were on the main strip. perfect location, everything at your door-step. see you again.

Immaculate home, beautifully decorated. Lovely large space, large and comfy bedrooms and lovely touches such as candles and bubble bath in bathroom. Nice outdoor eating space. Across the road from a lovely beach and short walk to many restaurants and bars - great location. Worth noting for longer stays that, as described, the large kitchen area is a kitchenette (no oven or built in hob), but lots of gadgets in cupboard including plug in single hob, microwave and rice cooker etc. A lovely short stay.

Coastal Stays was perfect for a trip to the Mornington Peninsula, beautiful location so close to the beach! The apartment was nice and clean, and Simon was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly with good recommendations, and very kindly left a little welcome gift for us. The area is wonderful if you're looking for a beach getaway, and I would definitely stay here again.

George and Martha were the perfect hosts. Great communication from the minute I booked, quick to respond to my questions & very helpful. The apartment was as described, clean, spacious, well presented & had everything you could need, we only had to go buy our groceries. George & Martha take great pride in their apartment, they have games/books for kids and adults, accessories for mini golf and a folder with lots of information of surrounding areas & recommendations for things to do. Having the apartment stocked with things like washing liquid, kitchen cleaning supplies and a vacuum/mop was great, I didn't need to purchase anything and I was able to clean daily as if it were my own place. Absolutely loved our stay and we are already working out the dates so we can book again. Thank you George and Martha ☺️

Carmela’s place was perfect for our evening in Mornington Peninsula. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped — nice beds and full kitchen. It was close to cafes/restaurants along the coast and not far from great wineries. Definitely recommend!

Thanks so much Dave for the great stay. Super helpful host, accommodated our requests, was very timely. The accommodation itself is brilliant - less than 10 mins drive to all the beaches but having that lovely European town feel with the marina right outside. Great coffee within minutes walk at Martha’s table (also great dinner). Would need a car if staying here would be only advice! Loved the stay!

We had really lovely stay at Rosebud. This was one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The furniture, linen, decor and amenities were impeccable. The property was stunning, beautifully designed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Would highly recommend this for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Andrew is a great host. Very quick to respond, provides easy check in instructions, very flexible with bookings. We managed to enjoy our family wedding in Somerville. Thanks Andrew. We shall be back!

Great little place loved every bit of it would defiantly recommend it for anyone in the future!!

This is a fabulous place for a short getaway. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and is seriously only 200m from the beach and the great walking paths. The home is very cute, clean with enough indoor/outdoor space to be super comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The only thing we noticed, there was only one wardrobe if you wanted to completely unpack. Having said that it didn’t impact on our short stay. The communication with the hosts Fiona and John was very prompt and very accommodating. Could highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We loved Shaine and Kate’s house in rosebud, they were lovely to deal with, the location was excellent! We also had the pleasure of being able to bring our puppy which made us feel like we were right at home. Only con would be that there was no BBQ available at the property. Thanks Shaine and Kate!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had a beautiful stay at this property everything was amazing we all had such a great time, close to the beach great location, we actually can’t wait to go back :)

We had a short one night stay at Eileen’s so we didn’t get to see much of the area but the house was nice, private and quiet. Would stay again.
