Monthly Rentals in Mount Ashland

A nice place very close to downtown, the public library and a Safeway store. It consists of a large bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom making it ideal for one person but workable for two. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary pots, pans and utensils for cooking meals. Kristin is a responsive host and answered all the questions we had. The location besides being very close to downtown makes access to the major roadways easy. I recommend it.

This was the perfect place to stay for what I needed. Very close to everything in town and the entire place to myself to relax in! Adrienne was periodically checking in to see if I needed anything and her & her husband would swing by to drop off any needed items for the house. The other tenets on the property are situated close to the cottage (in a separate house) and are also accessible if you have any questions or concerns. Its pet-friendly and I was able to have any packages delivered to be dropped off on the nearby tenets porch. I would stay here again. The neighborhood itself is nice, quiet and well taken care!

A cozy and quiet stay for two nights! The location was very private, the loft was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfy. I appreciated the heated mattress pad and the extra blankets that were provided. Everything provided made for a comfortable stay that made me feel right at home. The only thing that could have made it better would have been complimentary lotion as I forgot mine lol!

It was the perfect place to celebrate for me as I really love a quite place to find clam when I’m away from home. The hot tub and the woods put me right at ease. There was an owl to greet us that evening while we enjoyed the hot tub before going out for an exquisite meal at Bar Juliet. We saw no one the whole stay other than some workers who came on the property to do some maintenance, they were gone within 15 mins. The location was close to downtown via uber trips and also very close to the food cooperative! You could even walk to the science works if you like! Great for family’s too. I would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you 🙏🏻
