Sophie's Studio in the Sky was very well named~ It is a beautiful artistically decorated cozy space up on a mountain overlooking the valley and the mountains beyond. It was warm and very uncomfortable with amazing views. It was misty in the valley while I was there and I looked out on the mountains across and a rolling see of cloud, it was amazingly peaceful, surreal and beautiful. There are gorgeous walks right out the door, with a private garden eoth the view too. The kitchen was well stocked when I arrived, and the shower is a big size. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

Sent a winters weekend here and it was the perfect little break. The cottage was well equipped and they had the heater on for us when we arrived late so it was lovely and cosy! Beautiful views of Slievenamon, and only a 10 minute drive to the hike 🥾 Rikey and Paddy were so lovely, showing us all their animals 🪿and recommending the local craft fair. Rikey had made a handmade card for my partners birthday, very thoughtful 🫶 Overall a great place and friendly hosts, thank you so much for our stay we will be back! ☘️

Really enjoyed our getaway in Kilmacthomas. Nicola's cottage was so homely, we lit the stove and relaxed for the evening. Beds were comfortable and place was spotless. The house is small but perfectly formed. Some lovely cafes nearby and people were really friendly. Will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful small home in the heart of town. We could easily walk to anything we needed, but it was also quiet at night, and very cozy. Niamh was very responsive and made the whole experience enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.
