House vacation rentals in Mornington

Thank you for a very tranquil , clean spacious holiday house to chill in immediately, Bed linen and an abundance of towels were divine and lovely surprise as sometimes this is often over looked. The pool is large and deep with a shallow end and the perfect temperature, we had a lot of use out of this and is lit up at night which is great to view in in the evening. kitchen is well appointed for feeding many hungry mouths at once, and ice machine in the fridge is good , and we had issue with the main tv which was sorted out immediately with a new one being delivered and installed , thank you Liza,. the two zones and large bed rooms in the house work really well for 2 groups or families with kids .

Initially I was skeptical 4 couples sharing 2 showers….. worked like a dream.Value for $$$ was excellent and the pool made a huge difference with the big deck.I don’t write reviews but this time I had to!!!!!!

We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. The home was beautiful and clean. We would absolutely go back. Thanks Ali!

In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

A fantastic property for a family holiday with an outstanding outdoor living area and gorgeous, Bali-esque backyard pool. The location is private with good parking. Located just one [very walkable] block from a pretty, safe beach it's an ideal spot for a beach holiday with young kids.. The outdoor living area is as big as the house itself and works incredibly well. The 'al fresco blinds' allow light in but protect against any cold winds. The large outdoor table is perfect for family meals or entertaining and the wood fire is an inspired touch, heating the space and throws a gentle light. And the huge outdoor TV set and couches was a real hit with the kids. The house is a little smaller than the description, particularly the bedrooms, which are really single not double rooms, despite the double beds. And there's only one bathroom, not two, but there is a second toilet and an outdoor shower. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. In summary, a great spot!

As a young family with two kids, we chose to stay at Ivy's given how convenient it was for us to get there, and wanting a pool all to ourselves. The house and garden was spotless, the (heated) pool was super clean too and they have a robot cleaner so you barely have to do anything to enjoy it. The house has modern appliances and the kitchen is well equipped. Ivy was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is on a courtbowl, and not once we heard any noise coming from the neighbouring properties. Highly recommended.

Peter place was perfect for three families sharing the space. It was clean and had a big kitchen. Peter has lots to do at the house for all ages - games room with darts and pool as well as board games, dvds and an Xbox. Kids loved the pool and playing soccer in the backyard. Peter was very responsive before, during and after check in. We had planned to walk to the shops and to the beach most days as it isn’t far in terms of distance but there are no footpaths so the walk was quite difficult with a pram and young children, however, it only took a few minutes to the beach and shops in the car. Highly recommend the Penni Ave Vodka distillery for drinks and your morning coffee. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at Kelli's. Kelli met us as we arrived to show us how to get the most out of the pool & her holiday house. The pool was lovely & used nearly every day, as was the balcony & BBQ, great for enjoying summer breakfast & dinners outside. The beds were super comfortable as was the lounge. Great stay at The Deck House. Seamless experience. Beautifully clean house. All the things you dont think about were taken care of and thought of for me - amazing! We will stay here again

We had a great time, house perfect for families and friends. Kids enjoyed the big backyard, played cricket and basketball, as well as all the fun things to do inside like pool and table tennis. The location was perfect, we could walk to the main street, with the shops and beach close by. Would stay again!

What a fantastic house and location! The children absolutely loved the backyard, especially the hammock, and enjoyed taking long baths in the beautiful bathroom. The lounge area was incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms were super clean and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, making it a joy to cook. The location was perfect, with so many great beaches just a short drive away. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We loved staying here. It was exactly what we expected and what we needed. It's a cozy, serene cottage and made us feel like we were relaxed as soon as we walked in. We wanted a quiet space that was comfortable and beach cottage feeling. Everything was seamless and exactly as Cathy said. I truly hope we get to stay here again soon!

We had a very relaxing stay at Kostas' place. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. He was flexible with the check in process . We would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends. The house has everything you need and more. The pool, spa, tennis court and games room kept the kids (and adults) occupied whilst the house was equipped with everything you could need. All within walking distance to the beach. Wonderful house and fantastic host. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house for a large group of friends. House was clean, well presented and had everything you need for a fun and relaxing week away. Highly recommend this stay and the host is super helpful.

Had a great few nights here. Excellent location, comfy beds, very clean. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Would not recommend if you were heat sensitive though as aircon not very powerful and no fly screens on any of the windows or doors.

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Great house for a family holiday, easy walk to the beach, cosy fire for cold evenings and the children adored the outdoor bath/shower! Angus was very responsive and helpful.

This airbnb felt cosy and luxurious beyond words. For my little family (baby & 3 & 4 year old) it was perfect. There was a highchair, portacot, toys & books. We loved relaxing outside and having dinner on the patio. Inga was super kind, helpful and thoughtful in all her preparation. Very grateful to be able to have stayed here, would highly recommend.

Our family of 5 and our Labrador had a fabulous extended weekend at Moonah House. The property is extremely clean, really well equipped and had plenty of space for us. Communication from Ben was spot-on and extremely prompt. Its location is quiet and the property is secure and private. We’ll certainly look to return in the future.

I cannot recommend this house enough!! The place is great, so spacious, has everything that you could possibly need and the proximity to the beach is the best! We were two families with small kids, a baby and a couple of teens and we all loved and enjoyed the place. I don’t think the pictures make justice of how nice the place is, we loved it !! The kitchen is really functional, it’s fully equipped with all your gadgets and basics. The livings rooms are spacious, great for big groups. The outside are is nice to hang out and the games room is a bonus! We walked to the beach accross the road from the house every day of our stay. It was really handy being so close to it with young kids. The house is in a quiet and peaceful spot and yet super close to everything. Great place !! Andrea was super helpful and really responsive during the whole time which was awesome too :)

What an amazing house & so perfect for a getaway we didn’t want to leave. Had everything & bonus was the ice machine & slow cooker. Living space spacious and lots of fun things. Downstairs room was spacious and was perfect for our 4 teens Dogs loved it, very secure View just lovely and outdoor space so peaceful Beds comfy, lots of linen. Highly recommended, Rod was fabulous & we will stay again. Total 8 of us, 2 families. Thank you Rod

Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and its peaceful surroundings. The gym, pool + table tennis table and darts were a highlight with the children and kept them entertained for hours. Will definitely book again. Highlight for us was the backyard - especially in the morning - birds chirping, butterflies and dragonflies everywhere it was so calming and beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Full of amenities and well maintained. Attention to detail - well worth the visit. The host Lucy was lovely and responds to any issues promptly. 10/10 for us. Loved every minute.
