Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mornington

We were 2 families travelling to Australia for the 1st time and we couldn't believe how lucky we were to find Lorraine's house. It was huge loads of room for 10 people. Had a great outdoor area with separate games room, had 2 separate bathrooms so 2 families could easily live independently baring a communal kitchen, which also had everything anyone could possible need. There a milk shop less than 5 mins walk away and Endeavour Hills shopping centre 10 mins walk away. Lorraine was an exceptional host who was always communicative and allowed us a later check out.

Was a great getaway with a friendly dog! We were surprised with some fruit and drink when we walked in which was nice. Beach is across the road and was very accessible.

We had a wonderful 9 days stay at Annick’s lovely big and spacious home. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed all that the house had to offer. The location was perfect for our needs with Westfield Fountain Gate also a short drive away. Annick was a great host and so easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Richard and Irene's Farm! peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. They were very supportive of our sons accessibility needs, and very responsive as well! we will be recommending Parker Farm to all our friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at Polperro Farmhouse. It was the perfect weekend escape with friends, I wish we had another couple of nights! We had a beautiful lunch at the winery and it was a nice stroll back to the house. The property is just beautiful, beds super comfy, kitchen and fridge well stocked too. Thanks for a great stay

Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions/requests. She met us to help us in the property and was very warm and friendly. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located by a short walk to the Blackrock shops. Michelle stocks up the kitchen nicely with some treats, we were lucky enough to have some eggs from her own chickens, and herbs from the garden too. There is also plenty of towels and linen. Melbourne had some very high temperature days while we were there, the house was cool and comfortable, didn't need the aircon. There is a big t.v with only free to air channels, so we helped ourselves to some games that were in the house instead. Thank you, Michelle, for our stay, we hope to stay again when next in Blackrock.

Our stay at Cloud Cottage was absolutely perfect! The house is on a beautifully quiet street with an unbelievable view. Jenny keeps the house incredibly clean and stocked with all of the necessities that you will need for your stay. I could not recommend an Air BnB more highly! We can not wait to visit again!

The house was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Mornington Peninsula. Staying here made our getaway so relaxing and memorable. Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Thanks Carol & Ken for a wonderful stay. The property is neat, clean and private. Close to nearby shops and beaches. Carol was there to greet me and every care is taken to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely recommend!

You must stay here at least once! Fran's and Ray's place is so beautiful and spotless. Their garden adds serenity amidst a peaceful neighbourhood. The unit is very well furnished and cosy. They went above and beyond in making us feel at home. The kids loved the thoughtful touches like toys and books to enrich their stay - a very kid-friendly place. Thank you Fran and Ray for having us.

Nice clean private cottage with private access to swimming pool. Swimming pool is big with modern design and clean. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended 👍

Our stay at Loretta’s place was perfect, the views and the decor just work great. The bathtub on the balcony is an experience in itself and the place is full of nice little touches. The kitchenette was stacked with little things that made the place feel so welcoming, and everything was cleaned to perfection. Loretta was there to meet us on arrival and was just lovely. Absolutely no notes, 11/10, will return again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Potter's Cottage. It was a lovely, peaceful and thoughtful space. I will be recommending it to my friends.

Great location enjoyed the beach 3min walk. The Studio was perfect lots of light In lovely surroundings. Will recommend highly.

Staying at Deni’s villa was perfect for our girl’s weekend away. It was what we were looking for- close to the beach, walking distance to Silverwater. Short drive to local shops & marina. Great spot to stay for any events over at Churchill Island… really close and convenient drive! Deni was such a lovely host, we didn’t need anything, but we did manage to have a nice chat (and meet her adorable dogs). Highly recommend this place to stay! We would definitely return.

During the week, Priscilla recommended me a lot of places, so it was great to go there by ferry. I was able to stay comfortable. I spent such a great time in Frankston😊

Mel is definitely the most generous host I have come across with so many extras provided … welcome champagne, cheese, biscuits, chocolates, chips, etc etc etc as well as enormous delicious breakfasts. It was quite amazing. Mel also went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Her place is spotless and beautifully decorated. An amazing experience. You really could not hope for more.
