Vacation rentals with a patio in Morgan County

I definitely would recommend this place . The Cleves were amazing host , they communicated very well and were extremely considerate. I felt at home and they were very attentive. They looked out and were very understanding. I appreciate all they did and look forward to visiting and staying with them again . You will definitely love this place as much as my friends and i did . Ebony is a gracious host! Her apartment was homey and the private balcony was a plus. The area is great and we felt very safe and secluded behind a gated entrance. The apartment had all we needed and one of us used the air mattress which was of good quality; thick and sturdy. A lot to do and tons of places to eat very near. I would rent from Ebony again!

Sam was very friendly and respectful of our privacy. The unit is gorgeous, very tastefully decorated with a super convenient location, walkable from downtown in a beautiful neighborhood. Absolute 10/10 experience.

The place is nice and clean, the host is very responsive and flexible. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier because it was Thanksgiving day. We appreciate that we could check in, settle down, and prepare Thanksgiving dinner.

This is a great place to stay. The owners are very responsive and are good at checking in with you. The location is great and there are a lot of amenities.

The house was stunning…the online pictures do not do it justice. We had 13 people staying at the home and it was the perfect size and setup. Jami was incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions.

Dwayne was an amazing host. he met us at the door and walked us to the room showed us the tv set up. then went and showed us around the house. was amazing!!

#CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

Great Weekend! Family weekend on the lake and this townhome was the perfect choice. Plenty of beds, comfortable living room, great kitchen and rec. area on the lower level. Amy provided a great ‘Welcome’ guide. I needed to text her a couple of times with little questions and she responded really quick. Amy really anticipated the needs of our young and older family members (plenty of entertainment, games, etc). We will be back! Additional perks were the great wing spot on the corner and friendly neighbors.
