We had a nice stay in this quiet and cozy place. It was easy to check in and Dorothy had clear directions and lots of information for local places if you needed them. The fireplace heater was a nice touch which we used for a short time when we returned at night.

Wonderful place !!we feel it like home we had a great time Great atmosphere just perfect highly recommended definitely we are coming back.

This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay after a football game in Athens. We were able to all stretch out and sleep comfortably in our own space.

Great place on Lake Sinclair and close to downtown Milledgville, grocery stores and restaurants. There were four of us in town for a meeting and a round of golf. The place was great, everyone had their own bedroom, lots of games to play and very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a large group and is there are kids along for the trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome and we spent most of our days down at the dock.

Shelley was great to work with and a great communicator. This was my first time and my other guys 2nd time staying here. Very nice location to spread out and relax. Highly recommend. We caught lots of blue cats in the area.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at Craig’s place and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was roomy and comfortable for my group. Every utensil we thought we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal was available. The scenery and outdoor time by the lake was beautiful. Everything was perfect! We had an amazing stay. Would recommend for any families looking for a quiet, quaint getaway from all the noise. Craig was responsive and available. We would definitely stay again.

The trip was great. Very responsive! It was a bit smaller than what the pictures seemed like but overall was plenty of space for us. Beautiful property!

3 generations of our family spent a long weekend here and there was fun for all ages. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous house justice! The kids had a blast in the basement. The adults enjoyed the beautiful porches. The seating and beds were very comfortable- even the sofa beds were nice average with memory foam mattresses. Easy in and out of the water for grandma with sturdy steps and a handrail. The only 2 things anyone complained about were the large amount of vegetation in the access area of the water, and the ants were plentiful- but that’s the chance you take at the lake. They did provide ant spray so that was helpful! The dock had plenty of space for fishing and my nephew caught a huge 12 pound catfish. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We came to Athens to visit family who just had a baby. Mark's place was less than a mile from my sister-in-law's house, so we were close enough to be convenient but also allowed us to get out of the way when needed :) Great place with spacious rooms and two beds/two full baths. Plenty of room for my 2-year old to scoot around on his little push bike without running over everyone's toes. Lots of seating in the living room. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house and it was a little rainy, but the back deck and back yard (overlooking a pond) looked really nice. Mark was proactive with instructions, and checked in to make sure everything was going well and we were having a great stay. I would book here again.

Great Weekend! Family weekend on the lake and this townhome was the perfect choice. Plenty of beds, comfortable living room, great kitchen and rec. area on the lower level. Amy provided a great ‘Welcome’ guide. I needed to text her a couple of times with little questions and she responded really quick. Amy really anticipated the needs of our young and older family members (plenty of entertainment, games, etc). We will be back! Additional perks were the great wing spot on the corner and friendly neighbors.

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

I had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home with close proximity to the Ritz.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay on the water. Debbie was extremely helpful and communicated immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Debbie!
