An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

We had a fabulous stay at Jeanette's place as it is a steller apartment, lovely deck , very well maintained and felt like home with all the neat things Jeanette has collected in her travels. Will definitely try and find some time to go back as Jeanette is an excellent hostess and would have enjoyed spending more time swapping stories of our travels.

We had a great stay at Blake and Brenda’s place. Very comfortable and sparkly clean. The apartment is in a very walkable area to all restaurants, shops and beautiful Corona Del Mar beach. We will definitely come back and would love to stay at Blake and Brenda’s place!! Thank you again Blake and Brenda! We felt right at home!!🥰

Stayed here multiple times—great option

I spent four days and three nights at the CDM Village Retreat, it was amazing! The location is great! It’s close to shops, coffee, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. You can feel the time and attention that has gone into this space and the host has thought of everything! For a great stay, I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was equal or greater than promised, so many thoughtful amenities and complementaries, especially in the kitchen the next time we’re back we will stay here, nowhere else but here!

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

We had a great time at Natalie's place! It's steps away from Boulder Bay Park - a nice area with picnic tables and benches. The kitchen had all the things we needed, including pots, pans, and even a Brita filter. We'd stay here again!
