Howard was a responsive host who was able to address needs quickly as they arose. House was exactly as it looked in the photographs and was in a great location with respect to campus and downtown Morehead.

Sunset cottage was very nice, clean, and well stocked. My daughter convinced me to try Airbnb… And I am so pleased that I did! My two sisters and I stayed in the cottage; out brothers even joined us for snacks and reminiscing! When we called about an issue with the hot water, the host said that she would be there in 10 minutes! Very responsive and helpful! We found the place easily with good directions and could not have been happier with our overnight stay there!

We loved our stay at this cozy guest house! Clean with lots of space. Very convenient for all things MSU and Main Street. Great location for visiting our MSU student. Patrick was very responsive to questions before and during our stay! Check in and out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again!
