Our second stay here, and cannot say enough good things. I love this home and Blake and Erin are ideal hosts. Everything is beautiful, tasteful, and extremely well organized and outfitted - everything you want, nothing you don’t. The house has enough furnishings and decorative items to make you feel cozy, comfortable, and at home, but not so much that it feels cluttered. It’s just perfectly set up as a home away from home. And they so generously provide Dunkin K-cups and even gifted us with a pound of delicious coffee and cookies. The checkout instructions could not be simpler/easier and even though we forgot one step (doh) they were very gracious about it. Always easy to communicate with, and our checkout time was extended very generously as well. Best Airbnb ever.

This pictures don’t do this place justice. Beautiful house. Very spacious. The outside was amazing. The views will make you think like you’re in Montana; prairie views for miles. The back of the house had 2 big decks. One with patio furniture and a hot tub along with three different grills. The downstairs had a fire pit along with furniture to enjoy the fire. The walk down to the river was as very enjoyable. A nice wide path you could even drive on. Overall this place was amazing and we will be back again.

The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. We loved this spot to enjoy some peaceful solitude as a family - including our fur-baby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful home for me and my family to enjoy over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house reminded me so much of the house I grew up in and it just had so much ample space and seating for my family and extended family. My aunt and uncle live just down the road and it was so nice to be able to stay so close to their house and spread out. We loved the walkability to the shops and restaurants and bars. I love little bedrooms and I loved the twin bed nook of a room and claimed it as my room right away! We all loved the ample coffee provided and all of the amenities. We had the best time, and we will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful. Right on the lake. Our guests stayed there one night but wish they had had more time!

As expected relatively quiet location, well renovated. Host responded quickly which was great since I had small issue checking in. Left detailed instructions on check in and check out

We did a short mini vacation with our kids & grandkids for our son's 30th bday this place was great for us to just hang out and spend time together. loved the open kitchen area for our big group. unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us each day for our beach days. It was windy & cold & rainy Friday so we just went back and played cards until the rain stopped and hung out on the deck Sat started the same way but the house was plenty roomy just to hang out! Kandice responded right away when we couldn't find a propane tank when the other 1 was empty saved our grilling night! loved the very easy check in & out process. We would stay again if where ever that way. The kids & grandkids loved the ice cream shop right around the corner from us to walk to big hit with our 10yr old grand daughter! We did walk to the dock and enjoyed that the first day we got there & unfortunately Iowa weather is a roller coaster now a days. thank you for a great family get away!
