We enjoyed our stay with views of the Lake. Great layout to the apartment. Comfy beds and excellent bathroom. The location was great for exploring this beautiful area. Just be aware that there are steps down from the parking area and the car lift is only for small/medium size cars and you have to walk up and down the stairs. Absolutely fine unless you have mobility issues. We didn’t think to ask Jacky if we could use the lift just for moving our luggage down and up. Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Jacky.

That view and the balcony is outstanding!! Everything was comfortable including the bed. All as pictured. Very responsive and patient host. I'd book again for sure.

The accommodation was perfect in every way, very clean and well appointed. Ideal location with lake views and close to shops and restaurants. At that time we had no difficulty parking. Nicolas was very responsive and we were perfectly hosted, even from afar. We would recommend this very pleasant apartment without any problems for visiting this beautiful area.

Great stay at this place. An incredible view!! The accommodation is located at the top of Evian-les-Bains, in just 10 minutes you find yourself at the edge of the lake and all the activities offered by the city. In addition, Charlene answered all our questions in record time and always with kindness. I would recommned this property.

Great place with perfect location near the bus to prodains gondola to ski in Avoriaz. Bust stop right outside for Happy Hour and a ski hire shop underneath. Perfect really. Supermarket over the road with fast electric chargers for EVs which was perfect for us. Nice walk into Morzine with great restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing.

exelente apartment is the second time we have taken it super quiet and close to restaurants, supermarkets and a few minutes away from the lake we definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located. In height for an unobstructed view of Lake Leman and the mountains. Peaceful +++ The house is spacious enough to feel good, plenty of storage space, and nice to live in. Also, Morganne is very responsive and available to help us. Excellent service! We recommend:)

Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house in the middle of the medieval city of Yvoire! And facing this wonderful Lake Geneva! Fanny is nice as well as her mom who we had to deal with. I recommend it.

Estela is an excellent host!!. She always responded to our questions - how to get to the place. When she arrived, she welcomed us, showed, prepared brochures, a map. She left us a small host in the fridge - water butter marmalade bread. We'd love to stay here on our next visit. The accommodation is in a very nice and quiet environment of Clarens. Bus stop of line 201 is 3 minutes from the accommodation. In the center of Montreux you are within 5 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake every evening. It is also a great base to drive to various amazing places such as glacier 3000 and the Gornergrat railway, some of the most beautifully stunning scenery we’ve ever seen! Highly recommend

Apartment with all the amenities you need. It feels good right away . Small balcony well exposed with lake views and close to all amenities and the lake. Ski resort accessible in a short time. A busy street nearby but not too inconvenient. Very pleasant welcome. Very successful stay.
