The stay was very relaxing. The house was very spacious with many rooms and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of things. The lake is a walk from the house. We were able to walk very well with the dogs, even without keeping them on a leash all the time.

My stay at Delphine's was very relaxing, the setting is beautiful. The very clean house is very hospitable and fully functional. Not far from Mont Saxonnex, the restorative, Cluses, you can go hiking, mountain biking, and go to other equally splendid horizons! Delphine is very responsive and cares about the well-being of her hosts, a big thank you to you. I treasure the address, a peted to Henri the cat! Too mimi. Thanks Delphine and Tom.

Old chalet, very friendly and well-equipped. A little secluded, perfect for those looking for calm. The bathroom is upstairs and therefore difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. Very comfortable beds and bedroom for a perfect couple.

Well organized accommodation, very well equipped, breakfast provided, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay! Quiet environment, close to Evian, Thonon, and ski resorts (Abondance and Chatel). Very nice terrace and garden, even if the weather was not at its best. A big thank you to Brieuc for all the explanations and for preparing the accommodation. An address to recommend and especially to remember!

Sylvie welcomed us beautifully. The location allowed us to enjoy an incredible panorama from the pool. we would have loved outdoor lighting to enjoy the day a little longer but nothing serious 🤭 conveniently located for a visit to broc or gruyere 😍 we only have one regret: that it's already done!

Thank you Eric and Cary for an amazing stay at your house. The house is so beautiful. The hosts had the house so well equipped and we felt totally safe with the children and the pool as the pool has a cover and you can lock the door to the room. The house is so clean and nice we really did enjoy our stay here, so close to Geneva and easy to get around. Would love to come back again. Shauna

Exceptional accommodation, all wood, very nice, well-equipped, very quiet, large enough, easy to find with the small Airbnb sign. Eric welcomed us in person and was as flexible as he was friendly. Being in the middle of winter we were not able to enjoy the pool but we hope to be able to come back for sunny days. I highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and also in autumn the apartment is very cozy, as it has a fireplace with wood. The apartment is absolutely recommendable. Be sure to find out about the opening hours of the gondola lift in advance. During the week of our visit, the train was closed for repair work.

Picture perfect winter wonderland! We loved our stay in this idyllic chalet. Spacious bedrooms all with amazing views. Awesome hot shower with high water pressure. Communication was fast and accurate and Herve was kind enough to shovel the snow after a night of continuously snowfall. A nice restaurant within walking distance and plenty of beautiful walkways in the area. Wished we could have stayed longer!

A typical and cozy chalet perfectly located that will allow you to enjoy the access to the slopes of both morzine and avoriaz in a few minutes and enjoy the city center just as easily. I recommend it.

Great hosts, responsive and very kind. The accommodation is very clean and very new, it is as described. I would recommend this place if you want to spend a peaceful holiday in the mountains and close to Switzerland!!
