Monthly Rentals in Montparnasse, Paris

The area is among my favorites in Paris, very safe and quiet. Good public transport around, grocery stores, pharmacy and more. Fresh accommodation, and can recommend. If there is anything I would wish for it is a full body mirror, but not sure if that would be possible.

Great, cozy place in a great location, with friendly and responsive hosts. I stayed for more than a month, and found that the apartment had everything I needed. The whole feeling of the place, the decorations and the bathroom (unusual for Paris!) were really welcoming. The location in a pedestrian-only passageway meant that the apartment was quite quiet, even though the location is central. The apartment is located less than a block away from the #4 and #6 lines, making all of Paris easily accessible.

Top experience and proper level of communication with the host. Totally recommended!

The rooms and amenities are just as advertised on AirBnB. The hosts gave great directions to access the apartment and always answered any of our questions promptly. The apartment is light and clean. There is plenty of storage space and a great shower. It is in a lively area of cafes and theaters, but the bedroom is quiet because of how it was sited in the apartment. The Gare Montparnasse is very close (easy trip to Versailles), and there are several Metro stations and bus stops within walking distance that get you to all that Paris has to offer. Just 3 short blocks away, there is a wonderful street market 2 days a week, with an art market on Sunday too. We loved having the 47 acre Montparnasse cemetery close by for a respite from the city bustle (we come from a rural area), and it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. We were very fortunate to stay in this apartment for 33 days!
