This place is amazing. It is like a little piece out of a history book, yet it was so comfortable and Homey. Bang for the buck is unbeatable. Loved everything about it.

Absolutely perfect as my bride tribe prepared for the wedding at Barn on Bridge, it was so great to take getting ready photos there too. The place is exquisite!

The place is wonderful - it was perfect in location for us as we had an engagements 30 mins south and north. The house was well equipped for our needs and they kindly had snacks and bottled water. Such an enjoyable stay !

Johanne’s hospitality and her estate was absolutely stunning!!! Myself and my guest enjoyed everything about the place. Spacious rooms, the back porch was immaculate, the swimming pool was everything, and the rooms were like apartments in each space. I would definitely recommend renting Miss Johanne’s property for your Philly stay.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and we love to visit different locations, this place is very spacious inside and out. My favorite part was the pool. We definitely recommend this place. We had an awesome time. The only thing we didn’t like was the check out time (before 10am) so we asked the host the night before if we can stayed at least till 12pm and by the time she reply we were already on our way home the next day (10:30am). She stated that there will be an extra charge for $100 for every 30 extra minutes. We think thats a little exaggerated and plus she should of let us know before we checked out. Maybe we would’ve paid an extra $200 and stayed till 11am. Other than that the house was very comfortable, huge back yard, big pool and we might book again but maybe with a longer staying. We stayed from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning, it was a great weekend.

Beautiful house, kitchen is very well stocked with all the pots and pans and tableware needed. Second kitchen in guest apartment has a full-size frig and oven, too. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy a variety of activities. Great for our extended family. (No icemaker, so pick up a bag of ice at the supermarket.)

Allison and Timothy were great. The place was clean and they kindly provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, with multiple cafes in walking distance as well as ease of access to public transportation.

My stay at Lisa’s property was nothing short of amazing! The charming, Harry Potter-themed house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped for a large group. The subtle magical touches throughout the house made the experience extra special and fun for everyone without being over the top. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She provided clear instructions for check-in, responded quickly to any questions, and even left thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. The spacious common areas and cozy bedrooms made it feel like a home away from home, and the location was perfect—peaceful and scenic yet conveniently close to Philly. It was the ideal spot for our group to relax and enjoy some quality time together. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town. I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

Beautifully renovated stylish 3 story house with many small homey touches (ie: keurig on the third floor for immediate AM coffee). Our family of 5 (3 teenager+) spent a couple nights there over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Everyone was happier there than the hotel. Space to spread out and we really used the kitchen. Roof deck looks like it would be amazing in summertime. The neighborhood is in the process of turning over but we all felt very safe. I went for a run in the morning from house through Fairmont Park down to Kelly Drive on the river. Convenient spot - quick drive to relatives in Penn Valley, wife and daughter drove 10 mins to a fitness class in center city. Zeus a great host! Would stay again!

Always love our stay! We have come back 5 times and always stay here when we can. It’s a home away from home. Nati is an amazing host thoughtful and responsive.

What a wonderful stay. We used the property for a small wedding and it fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean and decorated beautifully, the event space was super cute, and the outdoor activities kept the kids active and entertained. We had a beautiful day, and ended our special day around the fire with family and friends, and of course s’mores. I highly recommend this host and property. We even had wedding guests wanting to rent the space out for a friend gathering. Loved it.

We just left Angela’s place and we are ready to go back. It was so comfortable and cozy. Can’t decide if I would want to spend the day on the couch or the super comfy bed. I loved having a full bathroom on both floors. I was concerned about finding on street parking but each time we came back there was parking very close. Also, we are great door dash people and there was every kind of restaurant to order from.

What a GORGEOUS home!!! it was so perfect for our big group. Everyone felt comfortable! We will definitely be renting again!!

This is a great house with everything you need. The rooms are spacy and nicely furnished. Everything was as described, clean and inviting. Mamle is a lovely host, and very easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were very easy with a lock-box. The location is excellent on a quiet street, but still only a short walk from the local center with a big grocery store, some other shops, restaurants, a post office, bank, etc. We also had some lovely evening walks to the nearby Shortridge Memorial Park. Wynnewood railway station is very near, and the train ride to downtown Philly takes about a half-hour. This is certainly a place we would love to come back to.

Loved our stay in this lovely historic house! Special place that has been faithfully restored by the owners. Enjoyed learning the house history and appreciate the efforts to maintain the original features and colonial charm !

John's place was quiet and comfortable. I really appreciated the parking lot available right across the street. Beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy and the space was well equipped. This worked out perfectly for us.
