Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

This is such a great house! The kichen was great, living area large and comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms for out large group We had a wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Allison and Timothy were great hosts. They even worked with me when I arrived overnight in the early morning!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants great hosts and a safe place!!!

This was a fun spot for our family of 4! The kids of course enjoyed the theme and decorations. We had everything we needed to cook family meals. Parking was easy and the walkable neighborhood was convenient and friendly. The host was extremely responsive to ensure guests have a good experience.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

Bo and Bills place was great! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Although we were there in inclement weather, the backyard was beautiful. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend their place for any stay in the KOP/Philly area!

We enjoyed a post Christmas celebration with our adult children and grandchildren at Rocking Horse Acres. The house is beautifully appointed with farm theme decor and country touches. The rooms are bright but cozy. She even had a Christmas tree!! The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable with beautiful linens. Amy had fresh flowers in every room and a lovely cookie platter as a welcome for us! So sweet! The kids enjoyed the fuzzy cows and hearing the roosters. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative for most of our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor activities. But now we have another reason to return and use that fire pit!

Kelly’s place was beautiful and a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Great location near Doylestown and New Hope. Everything was very clean and matched the listing. Rooms were all very large including the primary en suite and closets. We stayed Valentine’s Day weekend and Kelly even left us some special treats! Highly recommend staying at Bloom Farm Guesthouse.

Angela’s place was exactly as pictured and very clean! The place is also beautiful! Her message about entry was very detailed and helpful. She had a binder with helpful information including the schedule for the trains with all available stops. We will definitely stay again!

Johanna's place is very cute, well curated and thoughtful. It's not often that I like airbnb's style, but this location stands out. You can tell that it was put together with intentionality and a specific aesthetic in mind. We reached out to her a few times during out stay and she was responsive, which was nice. Overall, had a good time and would def stay here again! Things that might be helpful for folks to know about is the stairs- I believe that it's mentioned in the description but the stairs can be hard to go up and down since they aren't regular stairs.

Nice location, beautiful neighborhood, with a very convenient Giant supermarket just across the street.

Nate's cottage was the perfect location for our Christmas visits to New Hope, local wineries, Peddlers Village, Fonthill Castle and the Tike Works . All beautiful and a short drive away.

The perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for five long time friends. We were taken aback by the care put into restoring this beautiful home but with modern amenities . Such a wonderful, cozy weekend relaxing by the fire and enjoying the local area. We hope to come back again!

We had a great overnight at John's sweet apartment. The space is both homey and spacious, featuring two big sunny bedrooms with really comfortable beds. His love of Ireland is evident and was a lovely touch and a contrast to the antiseptic feel to many Airbnbs these days. John was a great, responsive host. He put up with my neurotic worry that i would be able to watch the football playoffs on the tube. Great stay - would definitely return!

The folks were extremely hospitable. The property is unique... an old watermill on the Perkiomen creek. We chose to stay there to be close to family nearby that didn't have room to host us. I would absolutely stay there again. It's a great jumping off point for the Northwestern suburbs of Philly. They went above and beyond, even dropping off pastries one morning and allowing us the use of a car charger. Unnecessary, but very generous and appreciated.

Jen was an amazing host, very responsive! The house was beautiful as well! We loved the botanical garden aspect and we found it to be the perfect home for a retreat. The only slight issue we encountered was that because we cooked all of our meals at the house, there were a few cookware items we wished there was more of, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Everything else we felt was flawless. On our last day we even got snowed in and Jen was extremely responsive and cleared out the driveway for us to get out! We would love to return again!
