Condo vacation rentals in Montgomery County

I was lucky to come across this rental. It was everything I was looking for - clean, well maintained, convenient location in Petworth. I love this area. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood that I can navigate with everything I need within walking distance. I didn't have to reach out to Eugene for anything. The place was perfect andf exactly as it is shown. I am a "senior" and very particular. The mattress, linens, well stocked kitchen had everything I needed. Thank you for your "welcome book" which is not always provided and very useful for travelers. I plan to stay here whenever I am visiting my daughter. Thank you Eugene and Leah.

Mark is a great host -- proactive, responsive and flexible. His condo is clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, there's a nice little balcony, and there are several very good restaurants within a ten-minute walking distance.

We especially my twins love Abaad homestay and it really give us the local life experience. To those who visit Washington DC, Abaad place is the good choice.

Mark’s condo is very comfortable, with lots of lights, working space, and outlets. The location is convenient to the Metro and groceries and restaurants. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are several nearby parks. Here’s what’s great: Mark texted me before we left and when we arrived, to make sure that I located the entrance, free garage parking, and keys. The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen is narrow and fully kitted. Thoughtful amenities include laundry & dishwasher detergent, lots of extra towels, down blanket, a bathrobe, and a medicine cabinet full of travel size shampoo, soap, razor, toothpaste. I recommend Mark’s place.

We couldn’t have been happier with Mark‘s place. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bed was very comfortable. There were ample closet space, and the bathroom was spotless. The apartment is located within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a gorgeous walking trail. Mark was incredibly responsive to our questions and our needs And was able to be flexible when we asked for a late check out.

Great place and I'd stay there again. Absolutely loved the location and the unit! Would definitely stay there again, no question! Super organized, they left towels, iron, extra toiletries, candy bowl, water, clear instructions in a binder and a few other small nice to haves! Awesome place!

Our stay with Michelle was all around a great experience. The space was accurately depicted in the listing, great amount of room, and close to many different restaurants. Both check in, and check out were very simple and easy. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Would recommend to others!

Staying at 743 Quebec Pl was an absolutely wonderful experience— was in town to catch up with friends and go to a conference and it was incredible! So close to a grocery store and the metro, very accessible. Sean was a wonderful and responsive host and the apartment was so lovely. If I’m ever in the area again, I will 100% be back!

Our stay at Folake's place was perfect for us! Location is the best, especially for walking around and shopping and restaurants. We were close to family living in the area and had a wonderful time. The dedicated parking spot in the back is a real plus! The decor was attractive and modern. I appreciated the new kitchen, bathroom and other finishes.

The host is a really nice guy and will sometimes offer some fruits or cooked snacks. On the day that I had to leave, he offered to drive me to the airport, which was a massive convenience for me. I felt my privacy needs were met and the times we did talk it was a very light positive interaction. I had a great time here in Maryland and would recommend this place!

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

Anthony's place was great for a week stay. He was an extremely interactive host that made my first time in Washington comfortable. I would definitely stay there again once I return.

Doura is an excellent host. He is proactive, helpful, informative and kept the place clean. Supplies were available throughoutmy stay. And so appreciate the calm atmosphere.

Candiece is very helpful. I liked to stay with her. She helped me for early check in as I directly came from Airport. She is very proactive and kind in nature. My overall experience here at her place was awesome. Thank you

Really like the place! Had a wonderful 12 weeks there. Walkable grocery shopping and restaurants. Super close to public bus stop. Nice neighborhood perfect for a walk! And super nice roommate + host.
