Condo vacation rentals in Montgomery County

This was a great place to stay—clean, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the Bethesda metro station—or 5 minutes if you walk fast like we did because it was so cold! :) Mark was super helpful in giving us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby and in the DC area. He also gave great instructions for entering, parking and “how to” tips for the condo. He was a great host and we’d definitely stay in his place again.

Great location for our needs. Had a small problem with HVAC and Abaad responded immediately to help with the problem. Everything was as advertised, and beds were comfortable!

Lovely lovely place! Beautiful furniture and set up. Everything was as pictured and just a great place for a girls trip. The “Good vibez” wall was such a great plus and a big hit. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were convenient. The dryer came in handy a few times for sure! The neighbors around were friendly.l. We spent a lot of time outside just enjoying the weather. There isn’t anything bad I can say really. I guess there were a lot of sirens at random times but being from NY, that doesn’t even faze me. Nesha thank you so much for hosting a lovely place. I would love love LOVE to stay again!

Mark was very communicative and helpful. The condo was in a great location near the metro with lots of things to do nearby. The space was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Would absolutely recommend.

This place was great!! The neighborhood is just the right amount of busy with plenty of shopping and restaurants…the apartment is fabulous! Super clean and prettily furnished. Mark was very responsive.. we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area and I HIGHLY recommend it!!

Place is bigger than the photos , have anything need , bed is so comfortable

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!

I cannot express enough about this wonderful place! Chris was absolutely incredible with everything and was so flexible with our needs as well as very generous with his time when needed. His welcome book was full of great recommendations for food and things to do! I definitely recommend staying here and will most definitely be staying again next time I spend a weekend in DC!!

I had a great stay here and would definitely visit again. The kitchen is stocked well, it was clean and exactly as advertised. The only cons were the walls are really thin. You will hear the other people in the house. You will smell whatever the people next to you are cooking so be mindful of that if you are sensitive to smells like me. Also in the rooms are a bed only. Only one room had a table the others had no tables, chair, or place to sit things on. Great communication and they were willing to accommodate my early check in. Fantastic parking and I as a solo traveler felt safe. Well worth a stay!

The host is a really nice guy and will sometimes offer some fruits or cooked snacks. On the day that I had to leave, he offered to drive me to the airport, which was a massive convenience for me. I felt my privacy needs were met and the times we did talk it was a very light positive interaction. I had a great time here in Maryland and would recommend this place!

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

Anthony's place was great for a week stay. He was an extremely interactive host that made my first time in Washington comfortable. I would definitely stay there again once I return.

Ola is a welcoming and gracious host. Her home is comfortable, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The bed is very comfy; I slept well there. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen and I was glad to have wi-fi access. Check-in was a breeze. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stephanie and her place were perfect for me. I highly recommend her as a host and her room if you are in town for a work trip and just need the room for the night. convenient location, clean, and easy!

Candice is very helpful - she provided lots of suggestions on local restaurants, and also kindly lent us a laptop charger. The little puppy is also very friendly and cute, which is a bonus. Thanks for hosting us!

L was a beautiful place to stay. The building was very quiet. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful to my text messages. It was everything she promised it would be. Would definitely come back to stay.
