Our stay was great! Eric is very communicative. When the battery on the front door lock died, he had it fixed within a half hour. It seems like Eric thought of anything we might need to have in the house.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect house, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, especially for those walking to Disneyland . We all enjoyed to roomy, clean home, and the kids really enjoyed the pool!

Better than described and especially ready for kids - lots of books and pool toys/floaties. Everything was very clean, well stocked and up to date.

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

Carmen was very helpful. Everything was clean. It would be good to have info clearly posted such as WiFi. We had to ask. Bunk beds not made for an adult on top so someone had to sleep on couch. Pool cannot be heated easily so unless it is warm do not plan on using.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Wonderful place! We had 8 people and it still felt very spacious. Each person got a bed and we were all very comfortable. The kids loved all the toys in the backyard! It was the perfect location for our Disney trip! We did the parks all day and then came back to relax and felt right at home! Judy was extremely quick to respond and everything was easy and clearly laid out. Highly recommend!

Great place near the beach. Nice arrangement with both bedrooms having their own private bathroom. We had 4 adults and 2 small children with us and it fit us just right. The location worked great for us as we were about an hour away from everything we were doing throughout our 4 nights there (DisneyLand, LegoLand, downtown LA, LAX…). Off street parking was nice. The place had plenty of towels and everything you’d expect from a nice hotel, and then some. Kevin was a great host. He was quick to respond to all our questions. If Long Beach is where you are headed, feel assured this place will fit you nicely!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Walked to beach, restaurants ;also walked to Whole Foods and the famed Gjusta bakery . Quiet and comfy. We spent a full week . House has everything one needs including parking.

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at Tamara and Tony's homes. Everything was perfect, and Tamara and Tony are truly amazing hosts. The house temperature was great, and everything we needed was available in the house. Thank you for everything.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Vardan’s property. The AirBnB exceeded expectations in its spaciousness and amenities provided, as well as its ease of access, comfort and privacy and quiet. It had everything I needed and went above and beyond my usual AirBnB experience. It was clear that Vardan cared deeply about ensuring that guests had an excellent experience, and fulfilled the original intent of AirBnB properties being personally hosted rather than managed by a third party. Clean, felt safe, and quiet. We were there visiting an elderly friend in a nursing home. The reminders that we needed to not have parties and keep quiet felt a bit much since we were just there essentially to sleep ourselves. It was a super location for us and the parrots screeching in the morning were fun!

Great location, close to all the things we wanted to do. The house was plenty of space for our family of 4, wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the pool, but we got to use the bikes to ride to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit. Coni was very accommodating, and responded quickly to all our questions. We loved the art and all the books she displayed throughout the house. Definitely will stay here again if we get the chance!
