Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

I had an amazing stay at Andrea’s place and highly recommend it! He provided detailed instructions: directions, apartment info, and local tips, and shared recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants, so I felt well-prepared. The location is perfect for unwinding from city life—quiet and peaceful. Villa San Pietro is just 30 minutes from Cagliari and the airport and close to beautiful beaches, offering a taste of authentic Sardinian life and great food! The spacious apartment is fresh and very clean, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large terrace, and all the essentials, including workspaces, a washing machine, coffee machine, and dishwasher. My husband and I work remotely, and the fast internet made video calls easy. I loved having my morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace with stunning mountain views. Free parking next to the house was a nice bonus. Overall, this place has it all—peace, comfort, and the perfect Sardinian vibe. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Casa Paola for a week and it was just fantastically beautiful. Starting with the lovely host Paola, who provided us with all important and interesting information before arrival including insider tips. Here you can just feel comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is exactly the same as the photos. Walking distance to the small sweet harbor and the beautiful sandy beach. The area is perfect if you want to explore the area in the south by car. In the evening you have the opportunity to either enjoy the tranquility on the terrace or drive to the nearby village of Pula with some nice restaurants. We have never experienced such hospitality as Paola has shown us. We will come back. If there were more than 5 stars, we would have loved to give it. Thank you Paola, for this great authentic Sardinia experience.
