Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montclair

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Perri's place was amazing. He litteraly had everything you need. He even provided snacks and drinks. Which we was very thankful for. The place was a 10 min walk from, deli's and fast food and lil restaurants. We loved our stay here.Perri's place was amazing. Not only was Marcella friendly and responsive but this is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. I love the interior design of this home, I felt like I was in a Nancy Meyers movie. Beautiful home!!!! Even more stunning in person.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. This hidden gem is our favorite place to stay when we want to spend time in NYC. We always look forward to the beds! They are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in whether an Airbnb or a hotel. It is the best feeling jumping into soft clean linens!! We absolutely love Aida! She is the sweetest and always thinking of her guests. We always feel safe and at home whenever we visit!! Highly recommend!

An excellent place to stay! The accommodations had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The off-street parking was a huge plus—such a relief to come back and know we had a guaranteed spot waiting for us. The location was convenient, and the space was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Brooke’s was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was impeccable, exactly like the photos. If you’re into cozy eccentric aesthetics this is the perfect bnb for you, it’s filled with amazing furniture and knick knacks. We spent so much time looking at everything, as if it was a museum. Aside from the house being beautiful and up to par, Brooke was extremely friendly and attentive. Was also understanding when we requested a later check out and allowed us to do so with out hassle. Thank you so much Brooke , your house was perfect for our getaway, if we ever find ourselves in Jersey, we hope to book with you again !!

We’ve stayed at Ellie’s place several times and love it. Great location, close to the Path and numerous restaurants. Her place is spacious and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Full kitchen and very quiet. Ellie has thought of everything for a comfortable stay and is very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

great place to stay and Jose a wonderful host. Easy directions to get to the apartment and very simple check in. Only 20 mins by bus into NY. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Pretty nice place! It was easy to find and really close to the metro. Very responsive host and easy checkin and checkout. The area was not too bad had some good hole in the wall spots to eat.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

What a wonderful space! The apartment is a jewel; with a cozy living room space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bed. And Anthony is a friendly, responsive and gracious host. You can't go wrong staying in his place - and you might not want to leave! :)

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!
