Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Montclair

Me and my family of 9 stayed at Sylvia place this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. Easy to access, very clean, great location and she supplied alot of things. She was a great host and quick to respond. The drive way made it very convenient for parking. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in New Jersey. Thanks Sylvia

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place. It has all the features a good AirBnB has but three features that made it next level: 1. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. I got all confused about the code log in even after they'd given me clear instructions, and Paulette helped me out-- no problem, immediately, and very friendly. 2. Place is extremely thoughtfully furnished. Everything you're gonna want is probably there. 3. Value is outstanding. Relative to the cost of local hotels especially, you're not going to come close to this kind of value in my experience in Princeton, at least from hotels. (I have a less experience with the airbnb market but I still feel confident this is excellent value.) I'd for sure stay again.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

The place was so cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home. I loved it.. very clean and spotless .

This was our second time staying here. Jean is a fantastic host. Very responsive gives clear instructions. Place is spacious and clean. Jean leaves delicious snacks and water which is awesome after a long trip to get here. We will be heading back to NJ in late March for a 3/29 and we are hoping this place is available. Best Air BNB we ever stayed.

Sunday was extremely responsive to any and all messages. We were wanting to extend our stay another night and Sunday was more than accommodating. Sunday ensured that we were able to find the correct place and helped us with parking. When we asked about the best way to travel in the area (we are from Kansas/Illinois) he was more than helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Great location and stay

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

The view blew us away. So peaceful even the kids 14,12 and 5 didn't want to leave. The stairs are something I stayed away from, too dangerous for me so I stayed downstairs. Easy fix. We will be back!!! Thank you Corrine 😊

Travis's place hit all the right notes for us. We know Park Slope well and the location is very central to where our children and grandchildren live. It is also central to everything in the Slope. If it hadn't been a winter visit, the backyard would have been perfect to have our morning coffee. The apartment is very clean, the bed was comfortable and we are appreciative that we were able to bring our dog. It's a great option for a stay in NYC - since public transportation to Manhattan is nearby and convenient.

My friend and I had a wonderful time. As two woman, we felt safe in the area and had such easy transportation to the city. the ferry was just a 10 minute walk from the apartment and 20 bucks which we thought was reasonably priced to not have to drive into the city!!! the place was just as it stated. the only complaint I would have is the fact that the shower had a ton of soap scum built up. that pinkish color in all the grout crevasses. I'd just suggest that the cleaner do a better job. But overall this place was fabulous!!!! I would recommend to anyone. being able to walk just a few shorts steps and see the NYC skyline was absolutely fabulous.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was great. Very close to the subway, and a lot of things to check out in the area that were walkable distance. Kitchen was very clean, bedroom had. A lot of space and so did the bathroom. I think the back yard was one of favorite parts. So big and beautiful. Artemie was a wonderful host and extremely hospitable. He always responded when we had any questions, and made us feel like we were home. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we ever decide to come back to Brooklyn. 10/10

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

The place was good, clean, and easy to find. It was nice having a Free parking especially in New Jersey. The host was very friendly and communicative. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Very convenient and nice place to stay while visiting NYC, we really enjoyed it and also we had bedroom with our own area with kitchen, tv, bathroom and mini-hall way. 3-4 min walking to the closest bus station then train to get to Manhattan. Thank you.
