Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Essex County

Great place to stay, we travelled into NYC most days of our stay and was incredibly easy. As described, train station is 5 min walk away and 2 stops into NY Penn. Clean, quiet and safe location. Easy instructions to get in and allowed us late check out, no problem at all.

Heba was a great host with a beautiful home. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Bonus- All the tile selections were gorgeous! Our families fit comfortably in the home during our stay and we enjoyed our time.

What a gem of an Airbnb! Gareth is very helpful. Space is súper clean and very comfortable. And great location too!

Heather was everything we could have asked for in a host! We had a celebrity client staying here with us, and everything was pristine!! We loved the neighborhood, and the hands on treatment from heather and her team! We won't stay anywhere else, this house was the perfect fit and in perfect condition!!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

We had a great stay in Little Falls— every room was beautifully decorated, and the house was perfectly clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable with super soft bed linens and the neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We were in town for a soccer tournament and would happily stay again if we return next year!

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

I originally planned to come to NY in October 2024, however being a nurse practitioner in Florida I was placed on A team and had to stay in the hospital on the same week as my original trip. I messaged Francesca and we were able to reschedule for this weekend. I am so grateful for her understanding and willingness to be flexible and accommodating. This was such a perfect stay. The place is easy drive or train into the city. Francesca is. Great host and my family had plenty of room and felt comfortable. Tops Diner ~10 mins away became our favorite find! 10/10 recommend this gem! We will be back!

We booked this Airbnb primarily for the location (it’s easy walking distance to broad st. Station, which is only 2 stops away from Penn station in Manhattan), but what really made this one worth it, as we found out later, was the accommodations from the owners. The checkout instructions are clear and easy to follow, and even with a few mishaps that occurred, they were understanding of our situations. Do keep in mind that the owners do live in the building (on the floor above the Airbnb), and they have children, so being loud and rowdy at night can be a problem, though the lower floor (half-basement?) appears to have better sound insulation. This wasn’t too much of a problem for our group, as we were dead tired from being in NYC by the time we would get home each night. Thank you for the awesome stay, you helped make our trip easy!

Great place, great host! The apartment was immaculately clean and more spacious than we imagined. The bed was quite comfortable and the location was quiet and convenient, e.g. handy walk to the Plaza Diner--what with Bloomfield being the diner capital of the world. Jessie was so gracious and flexible with our check in and out, and is a wonderful, warm hostess!

Anneka was extremely responsive and helpful, assisting us immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out while loading our belongings in. Our children loved all the games, books, and toys provided in the space, and the neighborhood is lovely and peaceful with Edgemont Park just a few blocks away. We had a wonderful experience!

Joe’s place is great! I was in town for a Work and to catch up with family. This location was perfect! The unit is in a secured new building. The actual unit was spacious and I felt extremely comfortable. Joe was super responsive and very helpful. Will definitely book again!

Sergio provided a wonderful place to stay for family vacation. He was willing to meet to give a residential tour and explain how to keep the space clean and functional during the week we were with him. He provided eggs, orange juice, bagels and cream cheese as well as a key for access in and out of the shared family home between him, his mother and kids. The residence has a charm to it.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at David’s! Getting into the building was very easy due to the clear instructions we were provided. The place was clean and provided the essentials. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the HBLR station to get in to NYC. We hope to be back soon!!

The home was absolutely wonderful! What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The proximity to transit is great. We also felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Raquel's place was great for a family to have separate sleeping spaces after long days site seeing. Her home was extremely clean and everything worked well. Great views of NYC from the light rail stop where you pick up the PATH to the World Trade Center. This place is a good value for staying in the area so we could see and do more in NYC.

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann

I booked this Airbnb for my Fiance’s surprise bachelor weekend in Jersey City/New York. It was very spacious to accommodate 6 men and they each had their own space as well. They loved the rooftop balcony and how conveniently located the property was to all the places they were going to that weekend. Parking was a bit to figure out but nothing a little patience and short walk can’t handle. Highly Recommend!!
