Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Essex County

Great place to stay, we travelled into NYC most days of our stay and was incredibly easy. As described, train station is 5 min walk away and 2 stops into NY Penn. Clean, quiet and safe location. Easy instructions to get in and allowed us late check out, no problem at all.

Heba’s kitchen was complete. We prepared some dishes to take to an event. The kitchen was big enough for four of us to work together during food preparation.

Emily's place was perfect for a NYC visit! The house is very comfortable and spacious and well appointed. It is easy to walk to Main Street and to the grocery store. The NJ transit is also walking distance away. We visited family in Short Hills for the Holidays and it made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Outstanding property in a nice town. Quick and easy access to Newark. Great food options. Aline was a spectacular host. Highly recommend.

Our 3 week stay with Judy went as smoothly as we could possibly have hoped. Judy is an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was simple and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The space and location were both perfect for our needs. We look forward to staying with Judy again in the future!

Great location, Jose & Fabiana always responded to our messages. House is perfect for two families with two children. Netflix, Amazon prime, Firetv are available and this is a plus at night when you are resting and trying to have a family time watching a movie or a series. You should consider that you need to find a spot for car on the street, but it is safe and no worries about this.

The place was cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. beds were really comfortable. Washer and dryer are new and bathrooms are recently renovated. It is on a dead end street so hardly any traffic. The place is very close to Costco and other stores and restaurants.

He was extremely accommodating to our needs, made the stay easy and worry free.

Francesca was a wonderful host. She goes over and beyond for her guests. There were fresh tarts upon arrival, coffee for the coffee maker, plenty of towels and beds are very comfortable. The apartment was spotless. We had 5 women on a trip and we had plenty of space. There is a bakery just on the corner and another breakfast place a couple of blocks away.Even a McDonald's a few blocks away. We walked everyday to the train station which was just a little over half a mile. I would highly recommend this apartment if you wanted to visit NYC and did not want to stay in the city. We stay here every time we go to New Jersey or New York. We love this property and the Host! Highly Recommended for large groups.

This place was a perfect calm spot to unwind after a day in the city!! Jessie was immediately understanding when we were going to be late for check in. She was kind enough to be flexible for our check in and had plenty of great recommendations. Location is great for public transportation (that Jessie also helped direct us with) and plenty of food options. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough! 😊

Anneka's place was the perfect spot for our trip to Montclair. It was walkable to two different commercial districts in Upper Montclair, and to the train station to the city. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had clear instructions on how to operate everything. Going in, I was slightly worried about train noise, as some previous reviews had mentioned the spot being close to the train and hearing train noise but it was totally fine - the train is really quiet and wouldn't be loud enough to wake someone up, and I'm someone very sensitive to noise. I was there with my husband and two kids and the kids loved the space as well, there are toys and games available, and it's a warm and cozy place. In fact, the kids just wanted to stay in and order delivery rather than go to one of the several restaurants in walking distance. There's off-street parking as well if you have a car, everything was just seamless and easy. If we visit Montclair again we'd definitely stay at Anneka's place!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

We had an amazing stay. Would recommend for groups looking to go around NYC and don't want to stay in the city.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s place. Subway is very close and makes getting around very easy. Ann was very accomodating with our early arrival too which we appreciated. House was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

The place is spacious and modern. I will stay here again on my next visit to New York.
