Monthly Rentals in Montaña Grande

I enjoyed my stay at Jose's place! I stayed for a month and worked remotely. It has everything you need and puts you in a couple hours radius of a lot of cool thinks to check out in Costa Rica.

We really enjoyed our stay . Noelia, who met us and checked us in was such a wonderful wealth of knowledge and she gave us endless information and helped us book some trips. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Linens and towels are great and plentiful! The outside space is wonderful with the pool and loungers overlooking the ocean. To get to the beach you walk down some small hills and then to return you need to go up those same hills. Not a problem for us as we love hiking and we saw soooo many monkeys on the walk. Loved walking to the beach. The ocean was not swimmable as it was muddy and murky from the rains and the rivers dispensing into the ocean. That was a negative for us as we love to swim in the ocean. The restaurant is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The only negative was the amount of motorbikes going up and down in front of the house all day long. Definitely disrupted the peace and quiet but we got used to it. Would stay again. Raj was great

Greivin and her mom are excellent hosts, I thank them very much for the lunch they gave us and without any economic interest, quiet and super neat place. 30 minutes on poor road from the center of Jicaral. My only recommendation would be to put curtains on both windows for more privacy and even to be able to sleep a little more.

We loved staying at Freddy’s place! It’s a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa. To respond to previous reviews: yes, you can hear some street noise here and there, but compared to the cacophony of the main drag we were so happy to have such a peaceful and beautiful place to hang out / pick and choose when we wanted to go to town. We spent most of our time on the porch and saw tons of wildlife: monkeys, hummingbirds, mantis, lots of butterflies. The view is spectacular among the treetops. And Freddy was a fabulous host. Book now before someone else does!
