Amazing view! So relaxing and peaceful. Everything was as described in the listing. Good spot for astrophotography!

We had a great time at Coalmines escape. It is a big house with everything you could ever need in terms of furnishings and kitchen gadgets. A shed full of toys for water activities including wet suits, kayaks and SUPs was the clincher for us and occupied our 4 giant teenagers for easily half our time there. The location is beautiful and the view amazing. We had a peaceful but busy time. It was also really safe for the kids with the perfect environment (calm shallow waters) for less confident swimmers and those learning to SUP. Our dogs also loved staying with us and raced around having a lovely time. The hosts are proactive and organised, and gave us all the information we needed to have an easy (in terms of access and directions) and well prepared time (letting us know what we needed and didn't need). Thanks so much for having us at your airbnb. It is by far the best airbnb we've stayed at. Perfect for families and those needing to get away but stay connected all at once.

Three of us stayed here during a recent conference and it was great to have a really comfortable bedroom each. The communal space was compact but comfortable. The kitchen is small and, as advised, has no oven, but we were still able to prepare many of our meals in house. Very handy to a lovely coffee shop and a small (South Sandy Bay) shopping centre nearby. Also a relatively short walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at Opossum’s - the view from the house was lovely, and is a good location within walking distance of the jetty, beach, co-op and playground. The house was comfortable and clean, and we would love to stay again!

Lucy's house in Dodges Ferry was just perfect 👌 everything was as advertised and the coffee machine was a total bonus 😊 the showers were beautiful and the kids had their own private space, which they loved. I loved this place so much that I returned as soon as I could -- one week later! I highly recommend Claire's house at Cremorne if you want a beautiful, tidy, comfortable, totally functional home right on Cremorne Beach, with incredible views and beautiful walking right out the back door. Claire was a very gracious, communicative and helpful host.

Johnnie the manager of the property was super lovely and helpful. The place was stunning and we had a great time.

We aere a party of one couple and two other family members - all older people. The space worked perfectly for us and the views from the windows were great. We all commented on how peaceful our stay was - we felt rested! It is a short walk from the river front with its sandy beach and good walk. In fact the walk includes a pathway up the headland at both ends of the beach. We can also recommend the Pizza restaurant (can't recall the name) on the beach. We couldn't fault the house, parking or the communications with the host.

This AirBnB was a complete oasis, nestled high in the gum trees with a pristine view. We had a lovely time relaxing, this is truly an incredible stay that you won't regret! Sam was very generous in assisting us with some difficulties in checking-in, we greatly appreciated his generosity and communication. Wonderful hosts along with an enchanting stay!

We were so lucky to be able to call Saltcotes home for a few days. So homely and well appointed. Thanks so much Frances and we look forward to hopefully coming to stay again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at The Pearl. A beautifully furnished space, awesome kitchen, relaxing daybed on the deck and gorgeous surroundings. We really enjoyed the light bright spaces and accessibility to White Beach, the hot outdoor shower after a swim was magic. Thank you Paquita we'll definitely be back.

Nancy was a warm and helpful host who has created a beautiful home away from home. The private beaches and kilometres of coastal walks were our favourite thing.

My friends and I have a very good time while staying in Hobart at Peter’s..The house is perfect located and the view is fantastic. Totally worths it. Strongly recommend it if you wanna spend a holiday with your friends and family.

We were so pleased with our first look about the home, with enough space for our family and friends, everything we needed, and a lovely area to host our small 50th birthday get together. Our families made the most of the extra large lounge room, bar area and eight ball table, which didn’t get a break! I was able to meet the caretaker Teena, who was just lovely. We will definitely be back!

A great place to host a few friends, we had 5 couples and it all went superbly. We would recommend staying here
