House vacation rentals in Monroe County

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect family vacation.! The house has so many awesome features that even on rainy days we all had a great time. Sylwester was the best host! So responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying again!

The place was great and Edward is an excelled host. He helped us out and communicated even late at night. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Nick replied promptly to all of my text messages and was very helpful. He usually has firewood split and stacked, but there was no more split firewood. I texted him to ask where I could go get firewood or if he had the tools so I could split it manually, but he said that we are on vacation and should relax. Within about an hour, split firewood was delivered and placed in the storage area for us! It rained every single day, but we were very thankful for the indoor activities the finished basement. There was a poker table with chips and cards, karaoke machine, basketball, table tennis, pac-man, fussball , a fitness area with a bike, yoga mat and weights. The only two things I did not like, were out of Nick's control. One was that the lake was very mucky and when I fell in 3 times, I came up smelling like manure. You can kayak on it, but I would advise not falling in. The other issue was the long line at the gate to enter the community.

Perfect place to stay with little ones. Kids will be entertained indoors with a game room and tons of toys, as well as outdoors with your own personal playground in the backyard. Kids aren’t the only ones that can have fun, a dart board and pool table provides adult entertainment. Need help with anything? Don’t worry Alex will respond and be helpful right away! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very peaceful and quiet. The kids had plenty of space to play and have fun. All the beds were comy/cozy. Plenty of towels were available to all. Thank you for a great experience.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

Wonderful place to stay for a girls trip. Loved the choices of hot tub, sauna, and pool! Easy drive to Jim Thorpe for a day trip too!

Everything was as described. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants & more! Home was very clean. We only had two hiccups 1. with check in but that was fixed right away... 2. we didn't notice that the trash cans lids prior to arrival weren't put on properly so we woke up to a mess outside in the morning but other then that our stay was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

looks just like the pictures. neighborhood wad very nice. The information folder was a great help with activities and restaurants. would definitely stay there again. Our host Toni-Lynn did a great job keeping in contact with throughout the whole trip. 5 star in my book

Virgen and Nate were great hosts, always very proactive in providing clear instructions and checking in to make sure everything was okay. The house was lovely, packed with all necessary amenities. Location-wise is a close drive to local restaurants/wineries. Would recommend for a medium/large group!

The Lakeside house was very nice and enjoyable. Allison was an excellent host and responded quickly if we had any concerns. House is located about a half hour from most attractions. Interior of the house was very clean and as pictured. Outside had many enjoyable activities and seating, but also could use some attention. It didn’t keep us from having a good time though. If we considered another trip to the Poconos we definitely would consider the Lakeside house. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with me and my family!

Amazing house, super clean, attention to detail with everything in the house, we definitely loved this house and hope to be back soon.

This place is great all water park resorts 5-15 mins away and saw a lot of deer up close and owner very nice and chill but just don’t go to pizza place near house even though 4 stars food was ass and the up charge is because they knew we were tourists the bill was like 70 more and we only could talk it to get 20 dollars off but everything else was fun peaceful area and house is great with 7 beds and game room and theater room is the only rooms you’ll be in and dining room also nice

It was a perfect stay for our family getaway! You can’t ask for a better location- it’s close to many trails, Bushkill waterfalls, good restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was very clean, well furnished and had so many things to do even in rainy weather. Our toddler didn’t even want to go outside because it was fun enough for him there! And of course I would like to mention our host Alex, who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

This place was gorgeous …right on the lake with SO MANY thoughtful touches like games, kayaks, a fire pit, BBQ, outdoor seating areas and located right next to a park and beach …for this region a very special place and experience.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was how quick and responsive our host was with communication. Any questions we had were answered right away, and he made everything super easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

We had such a nice time here with our kids. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed and felt instantly welcoming. The game room was a big hit and gave us fun downtime after exploring the area. Armida and Ian were super responsive and welcoming, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d happily stay again!

100$ would recommended, Joon Woo’s was extremely friendly with his responses as well as being very quick too i would highly suggest too book this place for a nice getaway if its available since when we got there everything was very clean and cozy, i would stay here again if i get the chance too!!!

My family of six (plus dog) had a terrific experience here. The house was exactly what we were hoping for—comfortable, peaceful, and stylish. The decor is very mid-century modern which fits the house and surroundings quite well. There’s plenty of eye-catching furniture and a great collection of art books that made it fun to unplug and chill. The house itself is nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood surrounded by nature. It was a great fit for our family. Exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway from the city. We especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Our family went to celebrate my son's graduation at the Poconos, and this house was perfect for us. It rained for two days straight but it did not matter because there was so much to do in the house. We watched wrestling on the big screen TV, we played pool, and we had a video game tournament. The other days were cloudy, but we didn't even care because the hot tub and the pool were the perfect temperature. We grilled all of our meats outside and cooked our side dishes in the kitchen each night. We all ate at the large table together as one big happy family. The house is located close enough to food stores and nature trails, but the property is private enough to where you do not see the neighbors. The beds are so comfortable, and the pillows are super soft. I'm never comfortable in hotel beds so I was really surprised how comfortable I found them. I think the hot tub and the heated pool was the selling point though. We had the best time and I would book again.

One of my girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend since we were doing a MUDGIRL run in the poconos about 30 mins away from the air b and b. The place was just what we needed! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people, had a fully stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and a smart tv with various streaming services. Only thing I would suggest is to fix little lip as you go into either of the bedrooms, we kept tripping over them and didn’t want to damage the floor/door. Thank you so much again for everything!
