Our stay was wonderful. To our suprise, this place has three levels!!! Top level is a spaceful loft. Middle level has kitchen and living space, Bottom level has two rooms, each level has a full bathroom and a bonus bathroom by the kitchen. As a group of four we had a TON of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils. Great Knife set. As for condiments better to bring your own unless you like cooking only with salt and pepper. Otherwise this place was exactly what we needed to unwind and relax with family. Comes with a cozy fireplace. The community Sauna, Pool and Hottub was a plus and highly recommended. Will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful home and great hosts! Sylvester was a great host, super friendly and provided us all the recommendations we needed! Even let us check in early to accommodate my babies nap schedule. We had a great time and felt right at home. Super clean and comfortable home. Love that it was fully decorated for the holidays and even had a Christmas tree! The game room was a huge win for our stay! We had a blast and definitely plan to stay again.

The house is big and indoor hot tub is great in winter. Had all the amenities needed and listed. Bryant is a great host. He is responsive and took a great deal on providing the depth details needs to have comfortable stay and fixed issues with in hours as quickly as possible. We had a great stay and enjoyed the stay.

Grant was responsive and very accommodating. The house was perfect and everything worked out without issue. We could not have asked for a better host or a more relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

We stay in the Poconos a lot and this was by far my favorite place to stay. I felt right at home and it was clean and Michael was so responsive! Can't wait to come back!

Its a beautiful place to chill out with great sceneric views. I loved the house overall its very spacious and private with out any disturbance. Especially the host VIKTOR is so good he was in contact with me everytime when i called him or pinged him. Looking further to visit the house again.

This lake house was everything we needed for a weekend trip. Celebrated my brother-in-law’s birthday with some family and our space was perfect. Very clear instructions for check in and excellent communication throughout. Host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We’ve already planned our return! Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough great things about my stay here. By far the most quiet and peaceful place I have stayed. I don't think I heard anyone in my full two months there! I loved my walks around the neighborhood down to the lake and passing by the deer. The photos in the listing do not give this place enough credit. There is a basement with a big screen TV and a bedroom I didn't even know about until I arrived. The master bedroom has so much space with a very nice master bath. The living room is super cozy! So much space and couch area to relax and enjoy the fireplace. Lastly, the host is very detailed, friendly and was very helpful!

Great location. Very close to the ski slopes and all the activities in the area. Beautiful house and well stocked kitchen. The house was very clean. The game room was a great addition. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Our stay was great! The cabin was cozy and very spacious. Great for large families. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly and helped with any questions we had. Bring plenty of food to be able to feed the deer, they’re extremely friendly. Only con we had was only being supplied with a few rolls of toilet paper which two were not even full rolls. Only one roll of paper towels and three trash bags, for 3 nights and for 8 people. Very close to the neighbors, but they gave us no issues and seemed friendly. Other than that we had a great trip and awesome stay definitely would recommend this home.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was so cozy, it felt like a movie set and the hotub was amazing! Jai was a wonderful host, always responded fast and even had a binder filled with everything we needed to know! Even offered us a discount after a little miscommunication error, which was extremely nice! Overall, we loved our stay and will be booking again in the future! Highly recommend you stay here!

Melissa’s place is comfy and as advertised. There is a lot of houses around, can’t see it in the pictures but not a problem whatsoever, very private. Bunch’s of notes and signs in the house saying what do to and what not, almost feels like the host spirit is there making sure you are following the rules lol. Wine glasses instead of plastic would be nice but everything great overall..

Fantastic host -- extremely proactive and very easy to follow instructions. House was well stocked with essentials. Comfortable living area and updated kitchen as well as newer washer and dryer. This house definitely has the feel of a mountain cabin. We've stayed in this neighborhood before. It's great year round because there are lakes and beaches in the neighborhood and in the winter the slopes are 20-30 minutes away. Jim Thorpe is about a 40 minute drive, and Skirmish paintball is also 30 minutes away. We were there during a pretty bitter cold snap, and the main living area heater had a bit of trouble keeping up, but the wood buring fireplace worked well, so it wasn't a big deal. Bedrooms are comfortable. Overall, excellent host, great location and big enough for your pet to have some room too. Host is an excellent communicator. Would recommend as a great home base for local activities as well as to just get off the grid for a while!
