Monthly Rentals in Monopoli

We received a warm welcome and found a perfectly clean and very well-equipped apartment. The location is ideal for walking to the center of Monopoli and very well located for access to the surrounding villages by car. Marino was very responsive to our various requests. We highly recommend this listing.

Francesco’s place was great - high ceilings,lots of light & screens on most doors & windows so we could keep them open. The bathrooms & kitchen were modernized & kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Francesco’s team was great & responsive to every inquiry we had. The location is great just about a 10 minute walk from the historic center but out of the tourist fray. There are good grocery stores & food shops close by in this very walkable neighborhood. Keep in mind stores & restaurants mostly close for the “ pausa” from about 2:00 to 4:30-5 so plan around that. I recommend it highly.

Perfect all as described, also the position in town for less noise than other areas and being ideally between travel sites, train/bus, old centre, all commodities of nice newer area, sea, nature... Thanks for all!
