Monthly Rentals in Mokelumne River

It was an excellent place to stay while visiting family. We chose it mostly because it was pet friendly, but would return even if we didn’t have pets in tow. Honestly couldn’t tell if there had been pets in the place before. Beautiful old home, it was nice to see the original craftsmanship shown. Beds upstairs were comfy. Great short walk from the house to Main Street to get breakfast and lunch, walk down to see the river. House was clean and comfortable, and had EXCELLENT private gated parking.

The house and neighborhood were great. We did have a vehicle parked outside that got hit by a rock while the grass was Behring cut. The house has lots of stairs, so keep that in mind.

This place is amazing! Vi was the best host we've ever had and she was great at corresponding with us. When we got to the place we were blown away with how adorable, comfy, and oozy it was. It was more than we'd hoped for. Vi has it all covered for you too. So many awesome and thoughtful details were added to the place. We could only stay one night, but we wished we could stay more, it was just so perfect. We are definitely going to book a longer stay here. We love Rio Vista it's just really a lovely place to spend the weekend!
