Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Modesto

2 grandmothers and three grandsons 9 & 1 had been staying in hotels for 2 months due to a fire. The neighborhood is quiet, there's no traffic. Pictures of the house and yard are accurate and require no maintenance. Inside we immediately felt welcome and happy for the extra space, the beds were comfortable, rooms had ample space and tvs. Lisa, checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great host and home.

I stayed at Mahboobullah’s house for 20 days it felt right at home very beautiful home my family and i enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and it couldn’t have been more amazing. The location is gorgeous - a really nice, peaceful older neighborhood with big trees that were beautiful in fall. The house itself was so lovely. Cozy, comfortable couch and beds. A huge backyard that my dog loved exploring. The host always responded within a couple of hours. She even left some treats for my friend and I, and for my dog as well, which was such a nice little surprise. This house has everything you need, too. I’m an overpacker, but I probably could have shown up with just my clothes and been just fine. This host has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into this place, which made for an amazing stay. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re staying in Modesto.

Emily's place was beautiful. My friends and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of room for the six of us. I did have an issue using the keypad for entry. However, I messaged Emily and she quickly solved the issue. I would recommend Emily's house to friends and family.

Can’t say enough about this place. Had an excellent time staying here for the summer. Such a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, great for walks. The interior of the place is nice and spacious. Huge yards, drive-way, bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. I’m actually a little sad that I’ll be leaving it haha. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a few months in Modesto.

Sonny’s place was perfect for our Manteca stay. Very spacious and well layed out home. We really like all the bedrooms upstairs. Tv worked great and had tons of channels to keep the kids entertained in down time. Great backyard, very spacious. We will definitely be coming back when we visit family in Manteca!

We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the stocked fridge and the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to easily prepare meals when we weren't exploring the excellent restaurants in downtown Sonora (just minutes away). Highly recommend staying here to anyone considering visiting Sonora, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. This is a perfect location right on the main drag. We loved having a balcony to look over the street and just hang out with a cup of coffee. The unit was nice and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Within walking distance there is a shopping center with a supermarket and a dollar store if you need anything for your stay. The apartment is cozy with two bathrooms for your privacy.

We really enjoyed the country setting and the sound of a rooster in the morning. Everything we needed was there and it felt very homey. The bonus to us was that it was so close to Columbia. Kate’s tea house is a must do if touring the historic town. We will definitely return. Thank you very much!

This was our second stay, and I have to say still amazing and wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Host (Alex) was amazing and beyond helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip up!

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

My 2nd time booking with Tiffany, she is very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable, safe location, room as described nice for teleworkin, bed and linen clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend booking with Tiffany, as she will be my go to when in town.

We had a great time staying at Henry's house! The location and views are just spectacular, the house is equipped with lots of games, DVDs and the kids had a blast. The play structure outside the house was great as well! As mentioned, there are no wifi but there's a cellular reception so it didn't bother us at all. The only thing I'd mention - if you are a big group, bring some extra utensils and an extra frying pan :)

We drove to this place from Santa Ana. We arrived early. Bal was understanding and let us checked in early. A place is so peaceful. We loved it and had a good time with our family.

Had a little trouble with sorting out service animals costs and notice but otherwise enjoyed by our group.
