The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.

Very peaceful and safe area From this apartment you have open sea view to the sea and Dubrovnik old town We are located near Dubrovnik... and far enough away from the crowds to make your vacation ideal..... This apartment has two rooms, a kitchen and dinnig area, three bathrooms and a balcony with a wonderful view and special sunsets. In the building we have an outdoor pool, a small gym and a sauna.
